It does have some promise. I don't know if you have a photo editor, but I can tell you right now. Your eye, if you use a little bit of the dodge tool to brighten up the yellow just enough that would make that ace. Also if you do have an editor you could make the shadows a little more intense. Like in the flower where the petals get darker and around the face.
but it all depends what you'd want to see and get across in the photo. I mean, what I might be thinking could be totally different than what you're thinking.
i think you could mess with the colors and contrast a bit -- right now it's just a snapshot, but it could become a well-done photomanip. just look up photomanipulation tutorials on deviantart heart
