Halloween Avi Contest 2009

It's that time of year again... getting ready for fall, looking for pumpkins, picking apples, and of course, kiddies in costume.

I am reserving slots for a Halloween Contest here... please submit the link to your submission by posting it here. I will accept submissions through Friday, October 9. The first round of voting starts October 10 and runs 1 week. Depending on submissions, we may have two rounds with a face off in the 3rd week.

Winner of each round wins 2.5k
If we have a face off the winner will win 5k.

If we Tektek it, it evens out as some of our geezers are a good deal wealthier than others. Though at some point, I'd like to have a non-Tektek one.

Perhaps more advertising needs to be done? I recall last year's avatar contest doing pretty well, but it was also in the main forum and thus more prominent.

I don't know about anyone else, but even though I made my submission with Tektek I only used items I actually had at the time. I change my avatar very frequently, so using Tektek made sense.
