We only promote people when we are short on crew members, but we are totally fine right now, and this rarely happens, anyway.
Last time Rei Uchikino and Cold Oktober got promoted, but they have been active members for pretty long, I believe.

At the same time, it's hard work. We don't want just anyone to join. We mainly look for girls who seem to be all around the guild, well known, post a lot and have a lot of time. Oh, and we need to be short of Crew Members, but we don't need any at this time.
