Favorite Cards & Card Combos

For cards, Hide and Hacking.
Even though I haven't used it, I know of a good combo.
Cursed Ring + Wall of Flame + Chains of Hell.
You're basically doing 40 damage to your opponent whenever they attack which they must because of Cursed Ring and then you attack as well which takes their HP down even more.

Any stop attack card like fly away + Antylamon... pretty self explanatory, yet dangerous...

Miracle Water + King's Sword

My favorite card is Cursed Ring.

But what about using Gallantmon for it as well?

Too costly... and you'll still die eventually xD Miracle water is just to cover up King's Sword nothing more, granted I've won quite a few times with just those two xD

Here's a combo that works quite well if your digimon is a lower level.

Hide + Survival of the Fittest (or Beast's Howl)

You're basically able to attack your opponent and take down their HP while you're protected from attack damage from your opponent.

Best combo i can think of

Card1=Poison Gas
move1=defend

Card2=virus killer/data killer/vaccine killer
move2=defend

card3=can use any card if want
move3=attack

and you win ^_^

If that's to counter Curse Ring + Gust then you fail...
1)Turn 1: Curse ring means that you can only attack... nothing else... so even if you use your resurrect card there won't be anything more that you could do rolleyes

2)Gust, mp to zero so you'd be stuck attacking with zero MP while the other could just as easily spend all their turns defending, special attacking, healing and oh... USING CARDS xD

So no defending to get your MP back up to 70 to use it 3nodding

Okay let's revive this thread! =D

I've been battling a lot lately so I've trying to create more combos. Here are a few that I've used:

Gust + Chuumon (something I picked up from Liger): A great combo as well as a great way to disrupt your opponent's plays. Gust lowers everyone's mp to 0 which immediately activates Chuumon while the same time stopping your opponent from using cards that aren't 0 mp cost and so your forcing them to defend to gain mp.

Trade + Digi-Hazard + random card (preferably something your opponent can't use): This has been one of my favorite combos since I began card battling in DTI. The fact that Trade requires no mp is awesome and you can give your opponent crappy cards while taking one of their own cards (like something they really need to pull off their combo). Digi-Hazard is my number one choice when using this card, like the combo above these two cards go really great together. Your opponent is stuck with Digi-Hazard (they cannot return it you) and they lose 20 hp.

Trade + 2 Green Cards + Digi-Beetle: I saw this combo with my battle against Yume and its a pretty good combo. You can trade something like Fly Trap and/or Illegal, take your opponent's card and have a guaranteed 40 hp and attack gain from Digi-Beetle, also its a plus if your opponent already has a green card in their deck.

Gold Coating + Beast's Howl (Champion level digimon only): This is the same as Hide + Beast's Howl combo except that its for champion level digimon. You give yourself and your opponent +20 Attack with Howl and they can't touch you while gold coating is in effect.

Yellow Virus Bean + Garudamon or Digidote (or both) + Pretty Attack (for Vaccine type digimon): Yellow Virus Bean (in my opinion) is another amazing card because sometimes controlling our opponent's attribute can be key since some cards involve your digimon being a specific attribute to use. When I created my first deck, Yellow Virus Bean and Digidote were my key cards. Bean activated Digidote and Bean also activates Garudamon and Pretty Attack (the latter activates with no mp cost at all!) giving you +25 attack or +50 damage (with digidote).

Well those are some of my favorite combos, try them out or create new ones for yourselves and when you do create some successful combos then post them here. Everyone will really appreciate it! =D

Okay time for another great combo!

This is pretty well know among the senior members of the guild and this was once Karan's favorite combo (he used it often)

Curse Ring + Wall of Fire + Chains of Hell: You deal +40 damage every time and you opponent cannot heal HP or MP (unless he uses cards). So for extra crippling power you can add Gust in order to reduce his/her mp to 0 and then just sit back while they kill themselves....pretty dark.

A really good combo that worked for me was:

Digi Beetle + Cerberumon

Originally they don't seem like they would go together but during a Ultimate level battle when your health is already lower than your opponent's and they're about to unleash a hellish combo [looking at you Shadow] This combo gave me my victory emotion_dealwithit

If you opponent has any green cards on them, 20 HP and attack for each of them. Even just having one works. So you get attacked, you survived and now you're definitely lower than your opponent: as long as you have 40 MP, this will work: Use Cerberumon to double your attack and use Special Attack.

With the highest possible number of 72 become 144...[and in my case 46 becoming 92] that is a game changer. emotion_dealwithit
