What time on the 15th do they become available to open?

Usually around 3-4pm PST ^^ They are in Cali, and they release it after lunch usually. Would not expect it before noon though : )

Yeah no matter what happens. Gaia is still runs on Cali time so everything happens PST. That's why all the webcams are around dinner time as well. I wish they did them earlier but whatever.
Nice to see some things don't change. Though sometimes they are a wee late.
