I thought they already have? you just need to get other items to create it. I mean...if they did Queen Elizabeth related item, they must have a british police one or least the items to make it.

The police box would be the TARDIS. The clothing would be the clothing worn by the Fourth Doctor, the most popular incarnation of the character in America.
