Help for a A cosplay costume please?

I'm going as Yachiru from bleach but I can't find a good website on how to make the Shiginima coustume..can someone help please? smile

Well you could make it or to save time you could buy it.

If you are going to make it then I'ed say, get a kamono pattern and use that for the top. The pants are the hard part. You might want to check some cosplay sites. I'm a member on http://www.cosplay.com/.
you could ask around on there for more help. But I'd say the kamono attern is a good place to start.
