Where's episode 51?

You know, I waited like a month for the sub of the fifty-first Hetalia episode, and now I can't find it. It was suppose to have come out yesterday according to multiple websites that I've seen. The only hint as to what could be the cause was someone's comment about Funamation that hinted at the the idea that Funamation is taking the subbed episodes down.

So, has anyone seen the episode? Can anyone tell me why I haven't? Pretty please?
