what makes you tap the glass

i see people that have thousands of taps on their fish tank and some with none

as a scroll i tap, but what do you do? and why?
yes i do know that my fish tank has no taps and that is what makes me ask xd

i do that too. they're just there and i think it makes the user happier knowing someone tapped their tank.

Because not doing it takes a half a nanosecond less time than doing it, so why not do it?
