I think I could be a good crew or vice, I've been crew multiple times in multiple guilds, some failed some flourished, as for vice, I held such a position once, but did little with the extra power, I was more interested in making sure the rps were running smooth, and the guild stayed as active as possible, and tried to stay active between work, and school, good news is now all I have is work.
