You know, a lot of people ask me that... and always say, "That explains it" when I tell them that I don't.

i do half an hour of stretches and calisthenics and some light lifting

i usually walk a couple miles, weather permitting

but come summer i will be in the lake as often as possible, and that is when i really feel the best

I try to work out as much as my schedule will let me. (gotta fit into that white dress, yarr!)
I usually hate to go until I get there, then I enjoy it immensely (along with the endorphins afterward). So that I don't think about it, I listen to e-books. heart sweatdrop sweatdrop sweatdrop heart

Occasionally!! My dad lets me drive to the gym so I have incentive to go, plus I fence 3 days a week, so I get excersise!!!

I wish I could expercise more, but I hardly have the time anymore. I try to get at least 20 minutes of cardio everyday, but that's even pushing it some days. I'd really like to od more but... college sucks xp

my dad made that joke to me when I told him I wanted to fence (with the rapier) but he made me put up fences in the back yard instead. lol
