The boy I like has a sex addiction.
He's is the sweetest guy I've ever met, he's incredible, and I could write a letter miles long about just how incredible he is.
I've been going over in my head, situations that could happen.

I'm told he'd use me for sex or cheat on me if we dated.

I've been having one main thought:
Would it be possible to make it work if I knew he went out and had sex with other girls and guys and was okay with it, because I'm not ready for sex?

Amarah - I think I could manage, at least until I'm ready to have sex.
He already is much to my liking, I wouldn't change him. If we started dating however, I think we would be having a big talk about it.

Some people have "open" relationships where both partners are free to have sex with other people. It does work out sometimes, so you wouldn't be the first. I recommend you think a lot about whether you would be okay with your man having sex with other people. If any part of you says no, I wouldn't like that, then don't do it. But if you really don't mind, it might work.

Yeah, a big talk about it would be good. Also, when you are ready for sex would he be able to transition to only having sex with you?

I figured I wouldn't be the first. There's a possibility for anything to work out.
The more I think about, the more I figure that it's okay.
I've never really had much thought on the matter of cheating, but I always pictured the cheaters as 'horrid evil people who lie to others for the attention of having multiple partners' etc.
But he's so sweet, nothing like that.
I mean, if a guy goes out with his girlfriend's consent, to get what he needs from others when his girlfriend can't give it to him, I don't think that's too bad.

But I'm guessing that I could handle it. It's my idea, right?

And I don't know. I guess we'd have to work it out.
