I can't say how likely you are to find a game for him. As for legality, if you're using 22 point buy you're two points short on his abilities, and your max HP should be 24. you also don't seem to have a dagger, even though it's listed in your attack and damage workspace (where your melee attack bonus is low, your strength mod is 2, not 1), and quick lookup. The hunter's kit is described as coming with "a small knife," implying it's either not big enough or weighted properly to be used as a weapon without having to improvise.
