Yeah, I dunno... I started making this last week and just finished now. I didn't have much in mind; I just wanted to draw an anime girl with poofier bangs than I normally draw. Then I ended up finishing her, then I ended up making the rest of the picture around that. Kinda messed some stuff up during colouring. He was gonna give her a flower of some sort, but that seemed pretty boring, so he's giving her some sort of contained mini-cloud instead, though it probably doesn't look like it.
