Ok, I did post about this, but my friend broke up with the guy I like and she told me not to go out with him and she told me why! She said that if this online boy dousn't work out for her, she'll go back out with him. But one of my other friends told me that it isn't fair to call dibs on a guy. I agreed with her, but what am I going to do? I can't ask him out because of my friend. I'm really lost! crying

It isn't fair for her to just leave him and then come back. Obviously she didn't care much about their relationship anyways. I say that if you really like him, ask him out. Don't let her decide you relationships.
