I know it's annoying but now I'm seeking so much and I feel like I'm asking a lot of people (when I'm really not but that's how my personality is). Thank you in advance for your suggestions!

Sewing Skills: Almost non-existence but I am attempting to learn.
Prop making skills: None.
Previous Costumes: None.
Budget: It all depends I would like something decent though.
Preferences: Any is fine, I'm just interested in what results I will get. I will probably want anything that won't suffocate me though.
Wig? y/n: I would prefer not but if I ever end up getting money and I fall madly in love with one of the picks given... then sure.
Colored contacts?: No, I'm afraid to put things even close to my eyes.
Favorite types of anime: Romance, Action, Drama, Fantasy,Tragedy, Slice of Life, Psychological, Harem, and Comedy. For example I do really like Higurashi, K- ON, Kuroshitsuji, etc.
