Step one - make an avatar. Step two - host it. Step three - post it. Step four - ask fellow members to make a campaign character - your pick of edition and what resources are allowed. Step five - ???? Step six - PROFIT
i dunno, i think it'd be a fun little thing to screw around with.

You create an avatar. Fellow guild members look at it and generate a character for it based on the former's choice of settings and resources.
GBP, for example, look to my avatar, and on the top of your head, just describe what my avatar would be if it's a character in a 3.5 setting - here, class and sample feat. i mean, easy answer. You'd say i was a monk with a lightning reflexes feat.
The challenge would be rolling the stats and giving someone either a workable or completely ridiculous character. For fun.
