White Castle Candles 5/6/2010

The short version is that White Castle (a large fast food chain) is offering candles shaped and scented like their trademark Slider burgers.

They will be sold for approximately $10 each with the profits going to an Autism-based charity.

White Castle is based in Columbus, OH- so, being a Columbus native myself, this is extremely amusing to me even though I don't think I could ever bring myself to actually light one of those candles.

What are your thoughts? Should other fast food chains like McDonalds offer burger scented candles also or is the idea of smelling greasy food for hours on end unappealing to you?

Honestly?
I'm a vegetarian, and I would never take a bubble bath with those scented candles. XD

Great idea though. I guess. :3
Especially since they're doing it for a cause I'm passionate about.

but seriously? a burger scented candle? No thanks.

No, if McDonald's came out with say, an apple pie scented
candle, I'd jump on it.

if i had a candle like that and had to smell it everyday, i'd prolly be too sick from the smell to eat there for a really long time. sounds like a bad idea.

Gross! White Castle burger smell isn't delicious. Lol.

They're good to eat, not to smell.

I think they should scent the candles with some of their other products.
Like maybe coffee or chocolate milkshake if they have those. heart
