Anyone make cookies by the hundreds instead of by the dozen?

I'm new. felt like making a topic razz

I love to cook, bake, whatever smile I have a full cook book of original recipies for the picky eater in all of us! I had to make one for my home ec class, and I went over and above jsut getting random recipes out of random cookbooks!

anyway, so I make cookies by the hundreds when I bake, not by the dozen. Anyone else do that? also, anyone got any good recipes? We can trade! smile

My roommate is a health nut, so if I made too many cookies, I usually eat them all, which is not good for me. I make hundreds of them at Christmas though, because we give them away. What do you do with your hundreds of cookies?
