((More info will be added at a later time.))

A small clearing in the woods opens up if one dares to venture here. A large cave, a small creek, and plenty of room for young pups to play are only among the features of said clearing that have drawn the Dark Pack to make it their home.

The shadows linger around every corner here, but the Dark Pack wouldn't have it any other way. The game around this small clearing are many: plenty of rabbits and deer that are easily caught.

Friends are welcome. Foes will meet an uncertain demise if the pack has anything to do with it - enemies are most certainly will not be greeted with hospitality upon this soil that has become so sacred to them.

((I'll begin filling information out when I'm not so sleepy. x_x For now, RPs are open and welcome. ))

Now that the orb of the moon was suspended in the humid air of the night sky once more, Rafe yawned, stretched, and opened his large golden eyes slowly. Tonight, he felt, should be the beginning of something new...what, exactly, that might be - well, he frankly wasn't sure yet.

Sense of purpose driving him, he rose and shook the dirt from his shiny charcoal coat, then padded slowly out to the mouth of the cave, where he peered out over the land that he and his pack knew as their home.

The moonlight fell over him then, and energized him even more. A grin creeping across his lips, he tilted his head towards the heavens and let loose an enthused howl.

All was silent in the den as Rafe's howl resonated throughout the land that the pack called home. Things weren't meant to remain so for long though as a tiny creature decided to announce its presence with a soft yawn, followed shortly by a thumping sound of furry body landing on the semi-cushioned ground that had been laid with dried leaves before 2 emerald orbs finally illuminated the darkness.

Blinking once then another time, Twilight raised her right forepaw to rub the sleep out of her eyes before hoisting her lithe frame up from the ground with her legs. She had been enjoying a wonderful dream that consisted of her romping around amidst a land filled with... dried leaves. Everything in the dream had felt so real until she had to roll over and be awakened from it by her fall from the ledge that she had been napping upon earlier.

That was what the dried leaves that were laid upon the ground had been for in the first place since this apparently wasn't the first time that this had happened and mum was getting more than a little concerned over her safety. Twilight noted absentmindedly to herself as she padded her way towards the moonlit ground that laid before the entrance of the den.

She might as well be up and about anyway. Time wasn't going to wait for her and there were still so many things for her to play with as well as explore..!

"Hello..? Is anyone else around..?" The little pup asked meekly.

Stampede! Amoux liked to pretend that the multitude of little thuds her paws made as she bounded towards her sibling sounded something like one, at least. Scents whirled past her as she tore through weeds and small trees, racing as if there were no tomorrow in an attempt to see her sister.

And oh, did she smell father as well? That was all the more exciting! She couldn't help but yip and giggle as she scrabmled and struggled in an attempt to climb over a rather tricky fallen log (why'd the darn thing have the get in her way anyway?). Tail wagging frantically, she hopped up and down once she reached the area where she knew the other wolves had to be. Her nose would never decive her!

"Sistersistersister!" She cried with maximum cheerfulness. Obviously very glad to see her, Amoux licked at Twilight's ears, then nipped at her nose. She wanted to play! That was her sole purpose this moment...perhaps they'd go on an adventure...maybe to fight the evil wet leaf creatures of the creek, or the deady beetlebugs that hid under the rocks. Oh, the possibilities were simply endless! Time was wasting, and they needed to get a move on if anything was going to be done. The agenda appeared endless, really, as she ticked off everything she wanted to do in her head.

Padding forward to see what the ruckus outside mght be, Rafe smiled crookedly and chuckled as his gaze fell to look upon the two pups. Footpads shifting slowly across the ground, he moved over towards them and gave them both a little poke with the end of his snout, cold nose pressing into soft baby fur.

"What have the little girls decided on doing today, hm?" He asked in his usual gruff, booming voice. To the pups, he probably would've sounded quite frightening had they not known he was their father.

He noted that they were probably hungry, as well - if one of the other pack females didn't show up soon, he'd likely go hunting himself. He never really minded hunting; he just didn't feel like he could leave the pups alone.

Laying on her back within a huddle of leaves and grass, a little werewolf pup studied her paws. The young creature had spent the last half hour sniffing, running and rolling around the forest, taking in all the delights it had to offer. But needing a little rest she'd lay down in that small hummock of grass. Soon enough she'd rolled onto her back and waved her small paws in the air, only to be instantly entranced. The rest of her time had been spent studying them. Suddenly something caught her attention. Bright yellow eyes blinked slowly as the sound of her father's howl drifted past, a powerful sound that almost made her quiver. Ears flickered as she rolled back onto her feet, taking one last look down at those front paws and then bounded off.

Little tail wagging vigorously, Dark slid to a stop. Before her was the clearing that contained the pack's den, currently occupied by some of her most favourite people in the world; her father, and two of her three sisters. The pup's face lit up in a beaming smile and she darted forward again, letting out a short, sharp yip to announce that she was there. Always the little explorer it wasn't unlike her to wander off into the forest by herself, but there was nothing like coming home to the warm embrace of loved ones.

Another yip as she ran, and then she was looking at her paws. Oh, they were so pretty, look at them running along. Suddenly her world tilted and she was falling head over heels, rolling through the grass to come to a sudden halt at her paws of her father. Dark blinked slowly, trying to make sense of a world that was spinning around her and making her feel rather sick. Finally everything fell back into the place and Dark was once again on her feet, tail wagging, ears pricked up, ready for anything.

Luana: The almost completely black female entered the clearing having heard a familiar howl in the woods where the dark park's home stood. She stopped at the edge and scanned the area carefully, obviously looking for the rest of the pack.

It didn't take her long to spot them and saw that her father was with little pups whom she had not seen before. She grinned remembering what it was like when she was a pup herself, always getting up to no good. She walked closer towards them still smiling. "Hello father. Is there anything you need?" She asked noticing no other adults around.

With her sister Amoux showering nips and licks all over her in a display of affection, Twilight was more than happy to sit still till she was done, reciprocating the actions whenever she could get in a n** or two of her own. That was until she felt something cold nudge her back.

Giving a little high-pitched yip that bordered on the edge of fright, Twilight dived for cover behind Amoux, green eyes blinking once then another time when she realized belatedly what the cold thing was. Unlike most of her siblings, this little pup was perhaps the timidest wolf that ever walked this land.

A shame perhaps, considering who her parents were but that was something to be dealt with another time. Today, she would play with everyone and everything she could get her paws on and that she would do!

Giving Amoux a last tug on her ear, Twilight lowered her body slightly, little tail wagging as she launched herself into the air in an attempt to pounce on her father's snout. There. That should be punishment enough for his attempt at scaring her earlier!

"Daddy..! You should stop sneaking up on us like that... Twilight almost got scared to death..!"

Rafe chuckled with his deep voice, unable to restrain a little smile as the pups fretted over his sneak attack. His tail wagged slowly, lazily back and forth as he continued to keep a watchful eye upon them, removing his gaze only to speak to the grown daughter that arrived, a rogueish grin upon his face.

"Ah, been a while since I've seen you." He murmured. "If you don't mind, Luana, would you hunt something for the pups? I think they could use a breakfast...if you'd rather not, I'll go, and you can stay here with them." He shrugged. Either way worked fine.

He then looked back at the other pups. Though he'd once thought he'd not fully appreciate pups as more than anything to keep on a bloodline, he found himself quite attatched to the little fuzzballs. Dark, Amoux, and Twilight were all so wonderful, in their own very individual ways.

"Be good today, girls. I don't want to have to get you out of trouble." His yellow eyes were locked upon the trio, hoping he'd get an agreement out of them.

Yipping and grinning widely, Amoux nodded and leapt at her father, showering him with kisses and affection. When she finally ceased, she darted between her two sisters.

"Wasting time, wasting time! Come on, playplaylay!"

If anything, Amoux was certainly the most energetic of the three. She giggled madly at the delayed spotting of her big sister, waving frantically, paw moving almost as quickly as her tail.

Dark's yellow eyes blinked slowly as she stared up at her father, tail waving lazily from side to side. He pa was a leader; one day she'd be a leader too. It didn't occur to her puppy mind that being a female meant it would be impossible to hold a leadership position, but for now she held high hopes for the future. Most liekly, when she had grown up her path in life would fall towards hunter or warrior, things that did not require any unusual amount of thinking.

The pup's attention wandered over to the new female who'd just arrived. Dark hadn't really spent much time with Luana. In fact, Dark barely knew her at all. It was mainly her ma and pa who were always around. Head swivelled swiftly back to Rafe as the large male spoke. "Trouble?" Dark scoffed in her rumbly little voice, jumping at her father's large paws in a mock attack. "Not me." She caught up a bit of his fur in her mouth and pulled, but it easily slipped through her teeth.

Falling back a little, Dark prepared to pounce her father again but Amoux's sudden onslaught of words and actions caught her up in the puppyish games and she completely forgot about what she'd been about to do. Growling playfully she pounced at her energetic little sister while Amoux was busy staring at Luana. There was nothing better than a playful tussle.

Luana: She gave a small grin herself, her eyes seeming to light up a bit with a sense of excitement. "Well I shall go hunt then I wouldn't want anyone to go hungry after all. I'll leave you to spend time with the pups. Is there anything in particular you want?" She asked still grinning, she felt there was nothing she couldn't get and was indeed confident when it came to hunting or fighting. She glanced back over at the pups and gave a wink at them.

Somber Melody padded calmly from inside to the mouth of the den. She was holding a little bag of blanket where inside was sleeping the fourth of cubs, Solstice. Somber looked at her, this little, a cute ball of fur, a smile on her face. She was happy that she had birthed these cubs.

Sure, getting birth of four was hard but in the same time it was wonderful experience. And she was happy to get four. That was more than a female could usually get. It was one kind of victory in secret competition the females had among themselves. At least Somber thought so. either way, she was proud of these cubs.

She sat down on a rock not so far of them but really didn't give any signal that she was around, out. She was content with just observing them and holding Solstice and humming a silent lullaby.
