Den of the Dark Pack [Faetasia]

Settling herself comfortably upon the rapidly cooling dirt ground that was only illuminated by the overhead moon, Twilight barely managed to stifle a yawn that was threatening to erupt from her tiny jaw, green eyes blinking rapidly a few times before she tried to address her father's earlier remark about she and her sisters staying out of trouble.

"Trouble..? We've always been good so Daddy doesn't have to worry!"

The young pup announced cheerfully, her little pink tongue sticking out of her mouth in a characteristic grin that was uniquely her own as she beamed at all who were present in the immediate vicinity at the same instant.

In the mind of one that was this young in terms of chronological age, almost nothing that Twilight and her sisters were capable of doing could be looked upon as trouble. Nah, they wouldn't be anything close to trouble. Especially not when there were lots of fun involved and brought them loads of happy memories that she could relish in her own time.

Daddy was worrying over nothing again... as usual. That was what little Twilight had concluded eventually as she watched her other two sisters engage themselves in yet another playful tussle.

In the clearing that was her home a female werewolf yawned and rolled lazily onto her side. Ever since she'd fully matured into an adult her time was normally spent patrolling the forest, searching for intruders on the dark packs land or noting the movement of prey. It was rare that she simply got to lie around, and although it was a nice change, it was also somewhat boring. There was simply nothing to do. Dark Cacophony was used to constantly doing things; her muscles working feverishly as she ran while her nose was assaulted by the many scents of the world around.

But here... it was just... dull. Dark placed her head on her paws, her golden eyes staring at nothing, her ears occasionally flicking when a bug happened to land on one or the other. Yes, very dull, but at least once she was back out in the world again she would be well refreshed.

Alaskacame out into the clearing from the cave, and pushed her paws forward, against the grass, letting out a yawn. She wriggled her coat out a bit, and headed for the pond, peering to the ripples. In fascination, she dug her paws into the water, for some time, grasping for fish. Time after time, she would catch a few, but the rest fell back out of her grasp. “Little bastards.”

Ooc: Just dropping in to see how many Dark pack members are still lurking around and wondering if we could find a way to make the place more active. Get things started up again. =3
