a chat room would be kind of contridictory. thats what the towns are for.
it could have a better organization or if there could be a chat room added on to guilds, that would be cool.

i'm not sure how i feel about chatrooms. they usually get people chaotic depending on the kinds of chatroom gaia would permit.
