I wanted to trade something I bought from the cash shop for something I really wanted. I am so confused because it is frozen. How do I fix it question

If you buy something from the cash shops you have to wait until it is unfrozen. It takes about two weeks I think. If you go to the My Gaia page and click on the hanger button to go to your inventory, the item(s) that you bought should have a little lock on them. If you scroll your mouse over the lock on the item(s) it will show you when it will become unfrozen.
