Can't stop thinking about him, please help?

Hey, I'm not sure where to stick this, but i need help. sad

So I broke up with my first boyfriend in January because he treated me like a trophy and made me feel like crap (never called, texted, or even E-mailed me. He was also really obsessive about everything) . We'd been dating for almost a year, (10 months) and he didn't understand why I broke up with him.
I thought I'd moved on, found someone else I really like, whenever we talk were always smiling and laughing and talk for HOURS. I really like him.
But lately i keep thinking about my ex, and i cant get him out of my head, I've resorted to burning the stuff he gave me to try and drive the thoughts of him away. Every time I hear cretin songs on the radio, i think of him! its driving me crazy!

Help??? is there anyway to stop thinking about him?! (if you have any questions (really lame at asking about these things) just ask... sad ))

to be honest i cant stop thinking about my ex either nd i already have a new bf but whatevers just cuz yu have thoughts about yur ex it doesnt mean it should stop yu memories are memories theyre gonna stick with yu for life theres no point tryin to drive them away i dont know why yu keep thinking about him but hey yu said yu found this new guy yu like i think after a while he'll get yur mind off yur ex
honestly everyday that goes by some how my ex comes into my mind too but everytime he does what i do is think about how im so better off with out him[:
