I joined this site called Voice Acting Alliance which has a forum where you can apply for a part in a voice acting thing. I was looking around the Audio productions when I saw something I never thought I would click on.

Twlight Audiobook.

After the long time it had been there, that had two characters the needed:

Edward Cullen and Eric Yorkie

I don't know what propelled me forward, but I sent in my audition for Edward. After some instruction and him suggesting something to fix, I was finally told that I got the part.

I was like...Wow...

I don't even like Twilight, I was bored and wanted something to do. It made me feel good though, because he said he was waiting for the perfect voice.

I watched the movie, but I didn't hear that line. Anyway, i sent the line in.

I know I will have to redo it though. I has to say is so many times before I sent it in.

I find the entire concept of Twilight pretty laughable, so take your pick.

I nearly snorted up smoothie through my nose when I saw the Twilight title. Apparently Maze and I share similar opinions of this series xD

But good on ya for finding something interesting to do. I've always been rather curious about voice acting, especially since I seemed to be one of the more eloquent readers in my English class whenever some play had to be read aloud. I'd no idea they had online sites for that kind of stuff though. What site is that?

I second this, it's just awkward because a few of my good friends really enjoy it and so I feel bad for saying it's crap xd

Anyway, a Twilight audiobook having different voices for different characters seems odd to me. All of the audiobooks I've heard are voiced by one person, not several.

I've heard an audio book done by several people, they just splice the parts together with the narration.

Sounds like a good idea having different voices in an audiobook. It really annoys me when male narrators do high pitched voices for female characters, it makes me picture them as really butch.
