Black

4 wide stripes on his back each smaller than first.

Stripes start out as a pale blue and then fade to a still bright blue

Streak under the stripes

Streak on belly same color as one on back

Lighter blue on chest

Back is a dark blue/purple that fades into the black

Same blue tone on face

Legs are a lighter blue much like the refs

Blue inside of ears

Blood stains his fetlocks

light green is seen above his arm warmers

Several scars on his body. Lots of long/small scars can
be seen near the chain on his neck.

Short beard / scruff on chin

Face:

Same blue as on body on face

Blue inner ears

Blue eyes

Snarl can be seen partly covered by belt

Eyes are sort of a blue/gray mixture

Ears laid back and a frowning expression. Slightly narrowed eyes
(She should have like a wary expression)

Mane: Close to the ref as possible

Tail: CC based on ref

Hooves/Fetlocks: Black hooves with fetlocks being a bit darker than her body color. If they could be extra fluffy that would be great.

Body: Pale like ivory white face and legs being somewhat darker than the rest of her

Face:

Insanely grinning her eyebrows arched up somewhat to make her look crazy. Blue eyes , Black eyeshadow around the eyes that make the blue stand out

Mane: Black hair with blond streaks in it (Near the bottom) Hair should
be shoulder length

Tail: Starts blonde and fade to black the tip also being blonde

Hooves/Fetlocks: The tips of the fetlocks/leg feathers are
blonde. Hooves are darker than her body but in the same color range possibly a grey/silver

Mask covering her entire face (Should only cover her face no her head so it wont look weird and akward)
While the mask is on may the wand be under her foot? If not
that is fine because i dont know how she would hold it in her mouth with
the mask covering it

the metal on the bracers should be silver with the engraving being black

Half boots on her back feet

Knife strapped to her front leg
(The knife should have a silver snake wrapped around the hilt with
a green jewel for an eye. The blade should be deadly looking

Tribal markings down his back all the way to his tail some being seen on his neck

The top of his face is light like his legs while the rest a lighter tan
Ears are pointed back tips of them are the lighter color
Short beard that had scruff that goes up to his cheek
Sea Blue Eyes (Bright Blue)

Mane: Dark brown clinging to him as if it were wet

Tail:
Drooping down as if it were wet being longer down then on the sides
Kelp wrapped around it

Hooves/Fetlocks: Sandy colored fetlocks with darker sandy hooves
