Goody, you're actually looking into my book that means you deserve a treat, though I don't have one for you yet, gimme some time and check back with me. Till then I hope you enjoy reading through the endless bounds of my knowledge of our typically green friends - plants. You will find everything neat and organized in alphabetical order, followed by their location and all information I have on the plant. A picture may or may not be found alongside the definition. xxxKnown to help quiet a horrid cough angelica leaves made into a tea is both bitter and soothing. Angelica is also a common ingredient in potions meant to repel magic and witchcraft. If used correctly this ingredient can be made into a deadly weapon against reapers.

xxxAnise is an interesting plant. The leaves when ingested can have one of two effects, if someone hasn't eaten in a long time due to stomach problems it can and will settle the stomach and increase appetite, however it can take the most active eaters and cause them to be so ill to their stomach that their eating habits will die down. The flowers when crushed make a potent powder that will induce sleeping and curtail even the worst nightmares.

xxxThe entire plant can be made into a balm that helps soothes aches and bruises but due to a lack of quantity it is only used by selective permission when issued by the nurse/Staff member.

xxxAsh bark is know to be used in protective wards and spells that require more than a string of words to protect something or someone, though when it comes to a protection spell on someone the spell must be placed upon an object.

xxxDon't pick it don't mess with it, it is a dangerous plant. Humans use it when eating, but for us it's dangerous. If breathed in, this plant can bring the biggest student (adults tend to have better resistance) down to their knees causing them to be immobile for a short period of time. If the consumer looks another student in the eye it can cause a strong sense of love that is difficult to counteract.

xxxA milder and less deadly version of its sibling deadly nightshade, Belladonna is a suppressant. When used in certain potions it can be used to suppress any number of things, from immune systems to magical abilities.

xxx An extremely rare plant that is only found in the most dangerous parts of the World Of Halloween, it is a potent plant used in only in rare cases, mishandling of this plant could be deadly. This plant used in potions can put the consumer into a very deep sleep, almost coma like. This can bring an enlightening effect to the consumer but the wrong amount of Blood Rat can either cause the consumer to never wake, or cause the consumer to go mad upon waking.

xxxThe petals can be ground up into a salve that can entice peers to admire and respect you, though there are downfalls to this salve, too much and you could have more then admiration and respect. The flowers themselves when strung together and hung outside of a human's house will repel "evil forces".

xxxThough it is located in both worlds, this plant is quite rare. In the past, it was used in ancient magic practices until the plant was overused and nearly disappeared. This plant can be used in any number of potions all of which are deadly, or can be deadly. The potion maker must be very careful because the fumes can be fatal.

xxxA trickery plant, when burned with other plants this plant can create an illusion with it's smoke and flames, When done correctly these illusions can create an image of your ideal world. The illusion may fade, but beware as it can be very addictive and can leave the consumer without their sanity.

xxx When burned, crushed garlic provides a healing aroma, though if handled by the undead it can result in a severe allergic reaction.

xxx One of the many death plants or “Assassian plants” This plant when crushed and consumed is fatal. When handled correctly it can be used to battle certain ingested poisons. However, it must be ministered by a professional.

xxxThe extract of henbane is a strong hallucinogen that can leave the user with little sanity.. When crushed, the leaves of henbane can be mixed with a few other herbs to create a form shifting potion.

xxx Lavender is used in love potions to “attract” love, it does not create a false sense of love but is often used to find real love however fleeting it might be.
In healing potions, lavender is used in many minor remedies to relieve sleep deprivation and minor pain. It is very soothing and calming.

xxx Mallow, when made into a perfume or lotion, can make the wearer appear or smell more appealing or attractive.

Mandrake :: Halloween / Crossworld :: Magical / Healing ::Professor Access Only
xxx Mandrake is not so much harmful when used in potions and such but when plucked. The Mandrake plant has a natural defense mechanism that wards of unwanted “company”. Its small and razor like thorns are hard to spot and hold a deadly poison, the leaves have thin pins on the undersides to keep away pests, and hold the same poison as the thorns. The only way to successfully get the mandrake plant for herbal use is to dig it up down to the roots. This must be done carefully as mandrake plants grow in groups and close to the ground.

xxxCommonly known as the Reapers downfall this herb can be crushed or boiled to create a powder or steam that can weaken a Reaper's connection with their weapon. The severity depends on the amount used and the skill used.
