Dream like question

I want to have a nightmare. How would I go about doing that? Seriously. I haven't had a nightmare since my recurring nightmares when I was really young.

Should I just watch some scary movies or think scary thoughts? How does one acquire a nightmare?

Scary movies don't inspire any of my nightmares, surprisingly enough
Even when they're stuck on my mind... hmm..
I guess you have to leave that up to your subconscious
