Seriously. If I have a beer in the evening, I sleep so well. If I drink too much, though, then I keep waking up. It has to only be one. XD
My problem lately is that I could sleep if I didn't have to be up for things. I'd sleep 10 hours.
Takahiro: Different people have different "productive hours". That's why some people are early birds and some are night owls. We don't really have control over it. We can force ourselves to get up and go to bed at whatever time we want, but if it's not our biological clock's time, you're tired no matter how much sleep you get.
9 to 5 kills me. I can work and sleep the exact same number of hours, but if I do it 9 to 5, I'm exhausted. If I sleep the same number of hours, but later, I'm full of energy. Unfortunately, society is based on a 9 to 5 schedule. razz
