I dread my birthday, which is in October. I'll be 28. Funny, I don't feel my age, though.

I used to love my b-day. I would wake up early and everything going: "OMG! TO DAY ISH MAH BERF-DAY! EVERYONE ISH MAH SLAVE! ANA IMMA GONNA GET FREE LOOT!"

Now it's more along the lines of: "OH GOD! IT'S MY BIRTHDAY AGAIN! I'M GETTING OLDER!!!

Also, it seems like after 21, birthdays are no longer special for a while. You have no miles-stones to hit until you're 40 and there's no more big parties and such until then. Just dinner and a card. . . . emo

I can't tell you how much I dreaded my birthday this year. sweatdrop Turning 29 felt like such a big deal. An aunt of mine told me, tho, that 30 would be a breeze. That doesn't make me feel much better for now, tho.

i agree!!! I'm dreading mine....it's tomorrow. crying
today is my last day....in which i can say i'm in my 20's.
It's not "lets go clubbing" any more.
It's more like "where can i stuff my face! FOOD!!!!! why are you so yummy!!!..." and then "zzzzzzzzzzz" ugh.....food coma!!! XP

Honestly I still feel eager for my bday just for the plans of meeting my friends and getting into hijinkx! But as for the getting older part, just turned 27 earlier this month so I feel old no thanks to my job but all my regulars told me how younger I looked. It was thought at least. rofl
