The expenses seemed fair and her supplies were kept under proper control. Though survival skills were common for shinobi. However, this did not stop her constant moaning and groaning as her preference for this terrain was to be abhorred. No matter how well protected she was under the serape and extended hat, Doki hated the way the heat and whipping sands held hands to beat her mood down. "...Ugh..we're almost there.. He was following behind her, Shi was beside her happily and Kyoishi had transformed into a...whatever name she had given him. "What name did you give me?" He had ignored her snickering and teasing, he was calm and his emotions controlled. "Don't complain dear sister it was your idea to go to Suna." He smiled at her, he had already told Shi to not speak while in Suna.

After taking a break and resting up from all the traveling, Hitomi resumed walking on the road that led to Kumo. She was glad that it was quiet around her so she could have plenty of time to think about everything and anything that was weighing heavy on her mind. 'Stupid sun, why can't it get cooler, ugh,' She sighed and attempted to ignore the burning heat the sun's rays were emitting. Somehow after a while, she suddenly realized that most of her thoughts were orbiting around the unfortunate encounter she'd had a while ago.

Another hour or so passed by and the mountainous terrain had already appeared. The girl continued hiking even though she was already feeling signs of exhaustion. 'Stamina training! Alrighhttt,' she groaned but smiled to herself. Without even realizing it, she had started becoming less and less melancholic a while back. Her gaze softened as she looked on to the village of Kumo, which was becoming closer and closer with every passing minute. 'Sometimes, I hate how young I am, it makes me foolish. Oh well, at least I'm learning.' She was indeed quite happy, something which was considered extremely rare. Ever since she had thought about things thoroughly and with a calm mind, she had finally come to a decision about matters. She was proud for this because now it meant that she could focus solely on the mission for now, without any thoughts distracting her.
