Description: An ancient, secret, and potent form of religious doctrine of the Duces Virtutum, the Guides of Virtue, the Justitia Fulcrum is a combination of permanent belief passive and active technique that serves as a foundation for future techniques stemming from it. The Justitia Fulcrum is split into two forms, the Adept and the Enlightened stages, each with its own requirements for attainment and abilities. The major focus of this "mode" is the balance of Justice within Ydar Malakzdar, and just how far his spirit and mentality lean in the direction of either Justice Wroth, or Justice Pure, which can be compared to the Light and Dark Side of the Force in the Star Wars universe. An odd note to pay attention to is that the source of Justitia Fulcrum is neither chakra nor stamina, registers as neither, and cannot be stopped by means that single out those two energy sources as a target. Justitia Fulcrum pulls from the forces of creation itself, divine energy channeled through the spirit bound to his soul.
_• Adept State
____Requirements → The Adept State is first awoken by the first time a Stage Four [4] effect is incurred on either side of the Scales. Once this occurs, the Adept state initiates, and becomes a permanent passive that is dictated by the points accrued. The system works like this: Whenever the power of Ruin, or Seiton, is utilized in the form of a technique or action to inflict harm in some way, whether to an individual or inanimate object, a point is earned towards Justice Wroth. Any time a Bukijutsu technique is used, or the powers of Salvation or the honing techniques of Seiton are used, a single point is earned in favor of Justice Pure. Acts of selfishness or careless actions designate a gain towards Justice Wroth, and selfless or compassionate acts gain towards Justice Pure. The points are based off of a sliding scale, as in a point in favor of Wroth take away from points of Pure, until a 9 to -9 number is gained, in which case between those two numbers one is at Justice Balanced.

Stage One [1] → [10 Points]
• Emotional Change → Becomes slightly less accepting of excuses // becomes more driving to maintain order // Fights with rigidity and determination including more resounding strikes
• Chakra Manifestation → The manifestation of Chakra that Ydar possesses is that of a nondescript warrior. This warrior's armor changes from chainmail to a type of scale mail, with the helmet that was originally open having a set of bars slide over the face // Moderately sized pauldrons form from the steel, and the color drift slightly towards white.
• Bukijutsu techniques receive a ten point [10] reduction in energy cost for useage per energy utilized, and increases the cost of bloodline techniques or abilities by the same number.
• Bukijutsu techniques receive a one [1] post reduction to learning, with a similar increase to learning Bloodline.

• Emotional Change → Becomes slightly less accepting of change // Following rules and promoting a sense of personal leadership follows, with the desire to lead being paramount to all // Rigidity in thinking
• Chakra Manifestation → Color shifts further towards pure white // Scale mail melts, reforming into a breastplate upon which a set of scales is inscribed, with the scales leaning to Ydar's right // Fingers on hands thicken into plated gauntlets
• Reduction in Bukijutsu Cost to a total of fifteen point [15] to each energy pool utilized within the technique, with a similar increase to the energy costs of Bloodline techniques or abilities.
• Mild Increase to Endurance and Strength statistics, recognizing the stalwart attitude of the Justice Pure, with a decrease of equal proportions to Speed and Reactions.
Stage One [3] → [30 Points]
• Emotional Change → Further rigidity in thinking // Combat maneuvers include lack of maneuverability and a strong desire to face incoming dangers head on // Attacks consist more of resolute movements followed by chopping movements // refusal to use more than one blade in favor of attacking with chopping motions
• Chakra Manifestation → The helmet of the manifestation alters further, gaining wings that extend outwards and back from the sides // Pants which were once leather morph to become covered in thick plate // further whitening of the manifestation, until the color more resembles a mix of white and blue
• Another Mild Increase to Endurance and Strength statistics, further emphasis on chopping strikes to hammer down the enemy. Speed and reactions are decreased by a Moderate amount, reflecting the lack of intention to move from one's path.
• A further reduction of one [1] post to learning Bukijutsu, culminating in a [-2] total, with an equal increase to the requirements of learning Bloodline techniques.

• Chakra Manifestation → The manifestation's armor becomes complete mail, full plate with twin ribbons of tendriled light pouring from the shoulders // Imposing form with a pure white as blinding as the sun with a stark black outline
• Bukijutsu techniques receive a twenty [20] energy point refund, while Ruin and Bloodline abilities // techniques have their cost instantly doubled.
• Another Mild increase to Endurance and Strength, culminating in a Supreme increase to both. However, the same amount is applied as a negative to Speed and Reaction Speed, finalizing the transition to resolute behavior as a stalwart warrior and knight of justice.

• Chakra Manifestation → Chainmail continues to grow into the flesh of the construct // Layer of overlapping scale mail forms over torso // Gauntlets form upon fists with spikes at the knuckles // Chakra itself turns a mix of red and black, with the armor taking on a darker, black color with highlight of red

_• Awakened State
____Requirements → The requirement for this particular state comes at a strange cost: Conviction. At some point, in some way, Ydar must attain a sense of conviction that surpasses the norm, a “game changing decision” that changes forever the course of his destiny.
____Effects: Once the requirement is met, Ydarihan gains the ability to Awaken the Chakra Manifestation of either Stage One [1] of either Pure or Wroth, or up to Stage Three [3]. When doing so, effects differ upon which manifestation is selected. There are limitations, however. Stage One manifestation counts as a B – ranked technique, meaning Ydar can access it as a Genin, whereas Stages Two and Three are A and S rank, respectively, restricting their use to the title body ranks necessary to access these strength of techniques. Unlike the previous state, this state takes up a cost to maintain, and has a duration. These are listed below with effects with //’s between each to designate the B // A // S ranked rules.

Justice Pure

• Strength and Endurance increased by a mild // moderate // supreme amount for the duration of the effect, with speed and reaction speed receiving a mimicked decrease.
• Bukijutsu receive a ten // fifteen // twenty energy point reduction [-10 // -15 // -20] to costs per source of energy utilized in the technique, with a mimicked increase to Bloodline Techniques
• Creates an Aura of Light around Ydar, amplifying all positive effects of jutsu within [10 // 15 // 20] yards by a mild // moderate // supreme amount. This aura comes with uplifting emotional effect that can be felt and not overcome, though it can be ignored as it is a non-compulsory effect. Is an inspirational effect.
• Duration for effects lasts two // four // six posts, with each post giving a one [1] point award to Justice Pure that takes immediate effect after the duration expires.

Justice Balanced


• Taijutsu receives a one moderate increase to effects.
• Ability to detect the deceit in others takes one step further – Ydar is now able to detect the truth of a something as well, and can detect the intent behind one’s actions.
• Duration is longer than other forms, with a duration of four // seven // ten posts, with no drawbacks, though the duration for this form can only be maintained a total of the max per rest period, requiring an in character attempt at eight hours of sleep before the post pool is restored.
• Justice Balanced Techniques may be utilized within this form with a mild increase to effects.

Justice Wroth


• Speed and Reaction Speed receive a mild // moderate // supreme increase for the duration of the effect, with strength and fortitude receiving a mimicked decrease.
• Bloodline receive a ten // fifteen // twenty energy point reduction [-10 // -15 // -20] to costs per source of energy utilized in the technique, with a mimicked increase to Bukijutsu Techniques
• Creates an aura of fear and danger around Ydar within [10 // 15 // 20] yards that causes genjutsu and ninjutsu effects that utilize such things, as well as normal actions taken, to have mildly // moderately // supremely worsened effects. This fear can be felt normally and sparks off the fight or flight mentality without a ninjutsu/genjutsu effects, but is not considered compulsory. Those effected may choose to ignore their instincts, but it will still effect their roleplay.
• Duration for effects lasts two // four // six posts, with each post giving a one [1] point award to Justice Pure that takes immediate effect after the duration expires.

I'd like to update Tōsō inku since I'm essentially teaching it so it needs more descriptions as to it's limitations.


Character:Tōsokurui Ashi Hojo/The Hojo Clan
Technique Name: Tōsō inku 逃走インク(Fleeing Ink/ Literal:Getaway Ink)
Rank: C
Description: The Hojo Clan member can pass through their own ink itself for the minor duration and travel through areas covered in their own ink to reappear in any subsequent area there is ink. Similar and not unlike Shunshin, this technique has a maximum [teleport] usage of three times per battle.
Errata:
•Minor Duration is [2] Posts in which the user can remain hidden without paying a sustain cost.
•Transfer from one ink area to another ink area does not need to be connected but doing so will consume a use of Shunsin
•The Hojo needs to recall and re-envision where it was they last left the ink area in which they wish to travel to if there is no direct connection. Chakra consumption is increased varying on distance traveled consuming an additional ranks worth of chakra per [2-miles] traveled.
•This is only possible with the Hojo's own ink not any other ink source. If a Hojo's ink is contaminated by another ink of the same color it will be ruined. Water, however, is okay.
•Movement through directly connected ink is possible as if having been submerged until the end of the minor duration.
•Traveling from an ink of one color to an ink of another color is not possible without first ejecting oneself from the original color ink they've merged with.
•Cannot use any other jutsu or bloodline technique while submerged unless it involves resurfacing or was used prior.

Righto so here's my take. This is by far too extensive be considered a single 'technique' this custom is equivocal to more of system or a style. I find the bonuses provided while in regards to achieving them is rather fair are too all encompassing as if they were a culmination of multiple techniques, jutsu, and benifits as seeing many of these reductions would only be achievable via multiple PA slots or class specializations and because Justitia Fulcrum doesn't use Chakra or Stamina but a point based growth system it's far too strong.

However, while Justitia Fulcrum || (Fulcrum of Justice) falls short on approval in any sense of being considered a singular technique. I will say this. I'm not sure if this is in my rights or not but I would approve it as say an additional system to accompany the 'Religious Blade' style to give more reason to make characters with strong firm convictions. In fact I would even deviate and say that it would incorporate well into a fame, infamy system entirely as it's own stand alone path falling under the category 'Devotion'. But I can't in good will approve this as a technique as it is essentially equivocal to almost being a pseudo-bloodline.

Ultimately this leaves me in a rock and a hard place. The balancing factor of each state are within good reason but with how much territory it covers I can't fairly say "hey this is all one technique worth one custom slot." If this seems viable trade off. I would approve this on the condition that Justitia Fulcrum(Simply because of the Adept State), Justice Wroth, Justice Pure, and Awakened State Each Consume 1 of the allotted 8 Custom slots. Which in total the entire Technique if approved would take up 4 out of your 8 Custom slots.

____Requirements → The requirement for this particular state comes at a strange cost: Conviction. At some point, in some way, Ydar must attain a sense of conviction that surpasses the norm, a “game changing decision” that changes forever the course of his destiny.
____Effects: Once the requirement is met, Ydarihan gains the ability to Awaken the Chakra Manifestation of either Stage One [1] of either Pure or Wroth, or up to Stage Three [3]. When doing so, effects differ upon which manifestation is selected. There are limitations, however. Stage One manifestation counts as a B – ranked technique, meaning Ydar can access it as a Genin, whereas Stages Two and Three are A and S rank, respectively, restricting their use to the title body ranks necessary to access these strength of techniques. Unlike the previous state, this state takes up a cost to maintain, and has a duration. These are listed below with effects with //’s between each to designate the B // A // S ranked rules.

Justice Pure

• Strength and Endurance increased by a mild // moderate // supreme amount for the duration of the effect, with speed and reaction speed receiving a mimicked decrease.
• Bukijutsu receive a ten // fifteen // twenty energy point reduction [-10 // -15 // -20] to costs per source of energy utilized in the technique, with a mimicked increase to Bloodline Techniques
• Creates an Aura of Light around Ydar, amplifying all positive effects of jutsu within [10 // 15 // 20] yards by a mild // moderate // supreme amount. This aura comes with uplifting emotional effect that can be felt and not overcome, though it can be ignored as it is a non-compulsory effect. Is an inspirational effect.
• Duration for effects lasts two // four // six posts, with each post giving a one [1] point award to Justice Pure that takes immediate effect after the duration expires.

Justice Balanced


• Taijutsu receives a one moderate increase to effects.
• Ability to detect the deceit in others takes one step further – Ydar is now able to detect the truth of a something as well, and can detect the intent behind one’s actions.
• Duration is longer than other forms, with a duration of four // seven // ten posts, with no drawbacks, though the duration for this form can only be maintained a total of the max per rest period, requiring an in character attempt at eight hours of sleep before the post pool is restored.
• Justice Balanced Techniques may be utilized within this form with a mild increase to effects.

Justice Wroth


• Speed and Reaction Speed receive a mild // moderate // supreme increase for the duration of the effect, with strength and fortitude receiving a mimicked decrease.
• Bloodline receive a ten // fifteen // twenty energy point reduction [-10 // -15 // -20] to costs per source of energy utilized in the technique, with a mimicked increase to Bukijutsu Techniques
• Creates an aura of fear and danger around Ydar within [10 // 15 // 20] yards that causes genjutsu and ninjutsu effects that utilize such things, as well as normal actions taken, to have mildly // moderately // supremely worsened effects. This fear can be felt normally and sparks off the fight or flight mentality without a ninjutsu/genjutsu effects, but is not considered compulsory. Those affected may choose to ignore their instincts, but it will still affect their roleplay.
• Duration for effects lasts two // four // six posts, with each post giving a one [1] point award to Justice Pure that takes immediate effect after the duration expires.


Since you seemed passionate that this technique is rather essential to your character as a whole I figured I'd give you the play by play and an into detail analysis of how I came to my conclusion of the technique being too extensive to be considered just [1] technique and some minor discrepancies. I've highlighted points of interest in red from the original text.

[1.] Already Justitia Fulcrum has something that puts it ahead of the rest of the other techniques. It doesn't draw from the same energies as is systematically incorporated into the guild already giving it immunities that other techniques would not have. Throughout the ninja world as it's fundamentally understood all energies spur from Chakra in some way and the one here sounds like a type of Sage Chakra a personalized one but a Chakra nonetheless and it's a bit iffy for me to say it's okay to start using ulterior sources of energy to power techniques. Otherwise who's to say one couldn't start making a technique stating it utilizes {Number of Vegetables Eaten in 24 Hour Period} as its cost rather than the two key sources of energy.

[2.] Learning Increases and Decreases. I honestly have no issues with the balancing of this at all actually. The issue inward lies in the reduction itself. It would be different if say the reductions were being given to someone else but gaining reductions through the use of a technique on oneself for no cost essentially leads to "Oh so we can make techniques to grant ourselves reductions?" and while I know you would never do this approving this would essentially open that can of worms. Even though it requires a certain point accumulation an individual would have to sacrifice a personal attribute to attain the same benifits however, the point system has the added benefit of allowing interchangeability in regards to reductions. Which is some ways despite the balancing of the scales is essentially having what could be considered two personal attributes.

[3.] Reductions. Again the balancing here is top notch but that isn't the issue. This alone would be fine but putting how to receive reductions on the platter to attain the same reductions since these are [both] energy sources being reduced. A Buki or Tai user with the specializations allowing reductions to energy costs would have to achieve Sanin status to achieve these reductions without consequence alone and even then come up short via sum total.
At the lowest at a [10] chakra reduction. (Which would cost a PA and detriment another chakra types cost) using X as Justitia and Y as A Specialist these are the reduction Sum Totals with Rank increases being considered stages of Justitia.
Genin {X},-10 Ch -10 St = -20 Reduction To Whatever is Balanced {Y} -5 Reduction to either Chak or Stam not both = -5
Chunnin {X} -15 , -15 {Y} -10 or -5, -5
Jounin {X} -20 -20 , {Y} -15 or -10, -5
Konin {X} -20, -20 {Y} -20 or -10, -10
Sanin {X} -20, -20 {Y} -25 or -15, -10
In the long run Justitia outclasses reductions even provided by a double specced Buki user using it as a guideline for what's considered a fair reduction.

[4.] Now this is where there may be a major issue. As of recent updated Styles the only thing that ever confers a passive bonus is a Style and to get those passive bonuses stages must be completed in tandem. The only other case I'm aware of where in passive trait increases are allowed are Tamer traits. Now all increases are usually fleeting or have a duration and are not passive and while these trait increases and decreases are balanced the issue lies in the the fact simply in that they're passive.

Summary:
Justitia Fulcrum contains the following key elements.
•Chakra and Stamina Reduction To Bloodline Techniques [Buki Increase as Balance, Interchangeable]
•Post Reductions of Bloodline Techniques [Buki Increase as Balance, Interchangeable]
•Attribute Increases [Interchangeable]
•Additional Attribute Increase for worsening/benefitting effects
•Immunity to techniques that would otherwise cause negation or nullification of Stamina and Chakra techniques

Accounting for interchangeability despite what may be the difficulty to do so Justitia covers up to [9] sections of beneficial territory and while the [Balancing] factors all accommodate each other the sheer number of beneficial aspects despite the detrimental aspects does not, in my opinion, equivocate to just a [Single] technique. The reduction rates are rather high but justifiable by the effort it takes to reach that point and the negative detriments that come with it. After re-evaluation I've considered that at bare minimum Justitia will require at least [3] custom slots of [8] rather than the initial [4] suggested earlier. It's just too systematic for me to call it a single technique and the passive bonuses are rather high after revamping the descriptive system.

Compromises:
• Lower the Passive Increases to a Maximal of Heavily
• Removing the post reduction element will make me consider the technique as only consuming up to [2] custom slots.
• Removing the post reduction element and the Chakra/Stamina immunity element will be enough for me to consider this [1] Technique but not just solely removing the immunity to consider it [2].

Compromises are debatable of course. If you can find evidence of a single custom that is as systemic and yielding roughly the same total benifits I'll approve it without the need of any compromises. If you have evidence of a technique that reduces personal training requirements 'not anothers' I will compromise and allow removal of simply the immunity for the entire technique to be considered [2] customs worth. Mam can also overrule me if he so desires but this be my feedback.

The appendages have a sustain cost but function similarly if not exactly to Endai Ika capable of extending, holding, or wrapping. If a limb is lost 1/6th of the chakra's initial cost can be used to bring it back. This technique can be blended if Twin Blend 050 has been learned doubling it's initial cost and increasing the price of regeneration to 1/3 of its initial cost. The sustain remains the same. The skill requires knowing the Hojo Clan skill Sticky Fingers. Only slightly stronger than Sticky Fingers counts for 1/3rd of a typical shot on a strike. Where a binding grab would result in the effectiveness of a typical shot each post the target spends restrained. If blended with Spiral Blend 041 the tentacles take a drill like shape if used with Piercing Blend 044 they will take a needle like shape.


The update to make for more extremities over time makes the intended ideal for the stricken technique a bit nill now.

Description: Nuri-Monshō is a more refined version of The Hojo-clan Inking Method: Sticky Fingers. Rather than isolating ink production through the pores of ones limbs Nuri-Monshō allows the ink production to extend more potently throughout the entirety of the Hojo's body capitalizing on the Hojo's inherent immunity to their own adhesive properties. Ultimately this coats the entire Hojo's exposed skin to produce what could be an ever flowing being of ink where they can choose to circulate it back into the system or cause it to pour haphazardly. This comes with certain benifits and detriments however. The Hojo's physical attacks upon making contact will be treated equivalently to being struck with a [typical shot]. Prolonged exposure such as a grab will result in two [typical shots] additional typical shots stacking with longer periods of exposure. Detrimentally this requires a lot of focus thus restricting the usages of any other Inking Methods whilst active. Objects that are in contact with the Hojo's chakra i.e garments a wielded weapon etc are immune to the detrimental effects. However, if becoming disarmed/disrobed and then exposed to any effects of the ink these items will lose this immunity i.e (becoming glued to the ground or impossible to pick back up). Description: Another in a long list of Disciplines created by the barbarians of the mountains, the Way of the Predator is a call back to the feral foundations of their ancestry. It requires a certain mentality and breathing, matching their essence to that of a predator of their choice, though the choice can only be made one upon entering the state. To change it, one must leave it and start anew. Firstly, during the time this is active, the Way of the Predator causes the user to be unable to use Chakra of any sort, but in exchange their chakra signature is suppressed to oblivion. No Sensory techniques, disciplines, or doujutsu can pierce this suppression. Secondly, the choice of predator, though this aspect of the technique is optional upon utilization. By choosing that predator, animals all detect the barbarian as that creature in a natural sense. Their scent becomes that predator's. Their sounds, their movements, blending with the natural movements of that beast, are extremely difficult, if not impossible, to discern as anything else. The requirement for this to work is sheer roleplay. After all, the user will need to come up with a way to mimic the sounds of four limbs walking, as an example. While under the effect of the Pedator Mimicry, the barbarian will have their senses heightened to three fourths [3/4] that of the assumed predator's, which includes all positives and negatives associated with it. The technique itself does bear an upkeep, with the activation cost being negated, but the upkeep of the technique's Mimicry effects require a ten [10] Stamina point payment.

Description: Wanryoku is born of a long line of Berserkers, though in his tribes they were called Stormbreakers, for even the storms would break upon their physical might. When true anger strikes, when the blood begins to boil and the heart beats to the drums of war, a hunger is born within his flesh, igniting some sort of ancestral, inhuman blood that remained dormant. The black, rugged rage of Wanryoku's chakra manifestation bursts around him, yet it continues to increase. A pressure, a black, hateful, demonic pressure that continues to build as the very air around him inverts. His body destabilizes as he roars, and while the transformation is underway an S - ranked barrier of chakra/stamina is erected by the black light, for he has begun his metamorphosis. If for any reason this aura is breached, the transformation ends, and Wanryoku's current Chakra and Stamina pools are cut in half, leaving him winded for two posts until he can return to duty.
Description: As the black light bleeds from his flesh Wanryoku has become something no longer human. A beast of a man, more muscle than flesh, with long, black hair crackling with the black fire of his chakra manifestation, Wanryoku now stands nearly half again as tall as he originally was, with a weight increased even more than before. The flesh has turned a strange dark blue highlighted by the burning emerald of his gaze, though even this might not take the view from the twin, long horns that grow now from his temples. In all respects to physical appearance, Wanryoku has become an Oni. For the duration of this technique, Wanryoku's stamina pool triples in depth, while his Chakra becomes completely exclusive towards paying for this transformation. An upkeep 80 Chakra a post is needed to maintain this form, and will end when the chakra has run out. The effects of the transformation are below:
→ Supremely increased Strength
→ Supremely Increased Fortitude
→ Moderately reduced Stamina Usage
→ Resting Stamina Regeneration
→ Reckless Combat ► Must use max rank for all variable attacks, and unable to utilize defensive activation.

Description: A very simple method of combat that requires an upkeep of Stamina to utilize, the Storm of Ragnos is a combat method that Wanryoku came up with as a means of emphasizing his brute strength in combat. While a Bukijutsu user by choice, Wanryoku is a born warrior of the fist, using his body as a weapon far more than whatever happens to be at hand. As such, by focusing inside himself and reaching into the natural reservoir of physical energy, Wanryoku's striking speed increases to an obscene level, his fists and physical, bodily attacks becoming a blur of strikes. The downside is that such focus allows him to use this speed only upon a singular opponent who is within physical range of his reach. The effects are as follows:
→ All Simple Taijutsu techniques known count as Formless.
→ When utilizing formless combat utilizing his physical body, without weapons, Wanryoku's speed increases to allow him to utilize his Defensive Activation as an Attack Activation. These three activations need not be on one opponent.
→ As long as the prior requirements are met, Wanryoku is able to utilize a fourth activation, though only if the prior three activations are utilized upon the same opponent. This fourth activation must be made upon the same target as well.
→ An upkeep of forty [40] chakra or stamina is required per post of utilization. The original activation, which requires A - ranked chakra/stamina, will last for three [3] posts before the upkeep is required.
→ If a man-crafted weapon is taken into hand at any point, the stance immediately ends, with a four [4] post cooldown, as long as the intention was to utilize is as a weapon.

Description: Takumina Dorō is dubious in its activation as it does not require signing. Utilizing three senses Takumina Dorō is initialized with the sounding of a 'bloop' and is often accompanied by matching glances with the 'glare' of ones glasses or reflection of the eyes. Initially nothing will seem wrong or to have changed. This will persist for as long as the user chooses to maintain the Genjutsu. {Half the Initial Cost} Nothing outwardly to the opponent will appear to have changed. Then at a moment's notice the sound of what could be comparable to a wet brush hitting a piece of paper will sound. At the point of hearing said sound a streak of ink is formed having spawned in a slashing motion either horizontally or vertically across their person producing the 'feeling' of being cut and shortly after their entire body and surroundings via their perspective will become two dimensional as if it were paper. Their vision likewise will only be capable of seeing in black and white this persists for two posts or can be dispersed at the users will. These perspective shifts are not only incredibly disorienting but for the moment completely disorients an individual's depth perception as everything will appear to be far away, incredibly close, or unmoving.

Description: Kaihaku no iroai is a technique broken into three separate parts and distinguishing personas. Toso has always been an odd individual very rarely displaying emotion on his face. This is because he has created a pseudo-dissociative identity disorder. Using Chakra Toso suppresses or invokes certain mind sets within himself personally which trigger three states of being. Each one with it's own outlook on life and combat. Often times these other 'personas' peek out as they all in their entirety are Toso after all. Suffice to say it is a more refined version of a personality type and in each of their refinements comes each of their own benifits and detriments when forced out.
◘[Absolute Grey]
• Toso gains a stagnant blank expression and will often not speak or speak very little making it appear as if all his emotions have shut down. All of Toso's attacks register as not having a single ounce of murderous or harmful intent despite what behavior is displayed. His presence for the most part becomes underwhelming if not negligible. While the downward swing of sword would carry the intent to do harm behind it or land in Toso's case of attack that feeling would be entirely absent as if the attack itself did not exist but it is by no means invisible. Comparatively on an emotional scale it could be equated to sociopathy or remorselessness. The lack of intent often removes the feeling of urgency in an opponent. This state of being creates an pseudo-immunity to abilities that would impose emotion i.e fear, love, etc. but...instead of experiencing these emotions it causes a zero registration effect. Toso will be unable to move or respond as if he were under said emotional effects i.e if being affected by fear he would not appear to be afraid outwardly but would be mentally relapsing, pain would not appear outwardly but he would mentally be immobilized by it.
◘[Pitch Black]
• Toso becomes incredibly competitive and for the most part what could be considered sadistic relishing in his own successes and the failures of others. Abandoning the left side of brains creativity this state capitalizes on instincts and what could be considered the raw testosterone of a father's fist. This state is unable to turn down a challenge. Pain induced by anything is felt but endured despite crippling repercussions. Additionally all techniques that would impose emotion immediately becomes hysteria or taken to extremes. In exchange the black state reduces the costs of Taijutsu/Bukijutsu techniques by [20] acting on instinct. The state prevents the usage of any Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Evasive/Defensive Techniques. Ink Blends and Inking Methods Excluding Projectile Based may still be used.
◘[Pale White]
• Toso becomes incredibly perverse and what seems uncomfortably friendly with his diction. Comparatively it would sound like a welcoming neighbor who is clearly up to something and that something possibly being your murder. Soothing but unsettling. Combat is rarely ever taken seriously in this state. It capitalizes on creativity and unpredictable methods. Any tampering with emotions in this state usually results in over-reacting and fear is responded to with excessive hysteric denial. In exchange the White state reduces the costs of Ninjutsu/Genjutsu/Bloodline/Evasive/Defensive Techniques by [20]. The state prevents the usage of any Taijutsu/Bukijutsu and will prioritize long distance combat if any, if forced into a close combat scenario the state is forced to react only evasively or defensively.
◘ Kaihaku no iroai [ Shades of Grey ] may only be used once per combat. That State then persists through the entirety of the combat until dismissed but does not require an upkeep cost. The State, if dismissed, cannot be re-entered or changed any given time during combat.

Character: Fukuwa Tokugawa
Technique Name: Point-Blank Infernal Explosion
Rank: B
Type: Ninjutsu/Bloodline
Element: Katon/Bakuton
Description: With two clay-filled mouths, Fukuwa claps his hands together in the Serpent hand signs. Immediately when the hands form the sign, Katon chakra mixes with the Bakuton explosion that forms. Along with the potential of lighting opponents on fire, it sends flaming debris in all directions when used near destructive environments. If this ability is used without an armor technique or proper fortitude, Fukuwa's hands will be left badly damaged and unable to form signs for the rest of the battle. The explosion takes place in front of him with a 10 meter radius, the flaming debris extending to a maximum of 15 meters without the assistance of wind techniques.

Description: Much like C1 it allows the creator to form different living constructs with his mending mouths. Only once the creation leaves his hand, it expands its size depending on how much chakra was used. Deidara used this technique to create flying creatures he could ride on of various sizes, The amount or size of a creation reflects the power of the explosion. Given C3's large explosive potential which is activated after building up chakra, no creation made can equal it's destructive power. The strength of this ability however is that the creations of any size are able to move in the way that their form represents. IE Fish swim, birds fly, wolves run and pounce. The increase in size is activated with a one handed seal.

Chakra cost is stacked on top of the original D-cost use of C1. The larger a creation becomes, the slower it moves but the stronger its detonation ends up. Creating 100 2-foot sized constructs wound still require 100 pellets worth of clay to expand. This ability is only usable by clay-method Bakuton Shinobi, meaning that creations can still hurt the user. Names of animals and techniques below are not the required sizes and shapes of the abilities, they just represent the maximum and minimum size/amount. Anything between that is up to the imagination of the user.

D-Rank: Can increase 1 C1 creation to the size of a large owl capable of carrying one rider. Can also change creations to up to three beings that increase to a two foot maximum.

C-Rank: Can increase the size of creation to 1 larger transport owl which can carry three adult humans. Also possible to create up to three wolf-sized constructs or 10 2 foot constructs.

B-rank: Can increase the size of a creation to half the size of the C2 explosive. Also possible to create 5 owls with a rider capacity of 1 each, 10 wolves, or 25 2-foot constructs.

A-rank: Can increase the size of a creation to the volume of the C2 explosive. Due to it's lack of additional charge time it carries half the explosive potential of that ability and cannot create landmines or produce other additional creations from its being. It's simply a large explosive that moves as if living. Also possible to create up to 5 owl-sized constructs capable of carrying three adults each, 20 wolves, or 50 2-foot constructs.

S-rank: Can increase the size of a creation up to the volume of the C4 explosive. It does not carry the microbomb function of that ability however carries the power of the C2 explosive detonating (with the exclusion of its additional abilities). Also possible to create up to 10 large owl-sized constructs, 40 wolf-sized ones or 100 2-foot constructs.

Technique Name: Cookie Cutter
Rank: E
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Doton
Description: A simple enough ability that doesn't require handsigns, only a moment to focus chakra. It creates rock blockades on his palms that cover certain parts of his mending mouths, allowing him to shape radial explosions. They stop the explosion from reaching the surface and instead force the explosions to condense and burst depending on the shape. It allows split-strikes, scatter shots, and makes it easier to dispense multiple clay figures at once. Does not consume an activation. The rock is destroyed following the explosion and requires another E-rank cost to use. Using them on both hands at once increases cost to D-rank.

Description: The user extends one palm with a mending mouth full of clay (or alternatives) while the other hand grips the wrist, infusing the blasting arm with Katon chakra. The clay explodes while entering the palm of the hand, all while Katon bursts the explosion forwards to prevent self-damage and make it a ranged, radial technique. The explosion itself only effects the first five meters ahead of him, while the detonation-propelled katon flames blazes on for 15 meters. By paying double the chakra cost, the ranges of both can be doubled with the C 1.5's expansion increasing the amount of clay used right before or during detonation.

Style: The Kaiser Fist
Description: Rather than covering his entire body with chakra armor that increases fortitude and strength, he focuses its defensive properties solely on his hands and forearms, up to the elbow. Instead of granting any strength, it's purely defensive. It can defend against Simple techniques of B rank, Complex ones of its same rank, and spiritual one rank beneath itself. The main focus of the ability is to defend himself from his own point-blank explosions, negating the damage from them up to B rank. Lasts 5 posts.

The strike allows for a major distribution of force on contact with an opposing target, to where a simple tap is enough to make the chakra snap and force the enemy back. Knocks the target back 5 meters per rank and allows access to other abilities under the Lord of Kaiser tree when active. Remains active for 10 posts.

Upon tacking them, he grabs their body and rolls to where he's on his knees with the opponent above him, proceeding to launch them up depending on the rank Lord of Kaiser is used at. Can be used in conjunction with a Taijutsu strike up to this technique's rank, replacing the upwards launch with whichever move Fukuwa chooses. The descriptive bonus to speed is removed for the additional technique used.
