Holy hell! A cougar?!

Yes thats right people! I saw something really incredible out there tonight lurking in the reserve, I saw a cougar! As in a Mountain Lion or a Puma, whichever you'd like to call it. That cat was huge!! He was digging for something near the fence, shame I couldn't find my camera or I would have taken a picture of it.

If your wondering why this is so interesting, Mountain Lions/Cougars have NOT been seen in Ontario or lived near urbanized areas in over 60 years, now they are making returns to places they where thought to have vanished from.

There are bears in Texas, despite what the wildlife rangers say. My sister and I saw one (along with a whole bus full of kids) on the way home from school once.

Another reason to carry a camera wherever you go. I wish I could do that, since I'm a photographer, but it's too much of a hassle because my camera bag is huge (and my camera isn't small either).

I woke up to a deer (I think?) kicking in our screen door a few years back.
