{{it can be difficult when there's a lot you want to say about your character. I know myself and at least one other person around here have even avoided roleplaying at all because we kept feeling we had to write out all these other actions before actually interacting with others. But the main focus of Geezerville in a lot of cases -is- interacting with others rather than telling a story. Stories aren't discouraged and are often welcome [I'm in the middle of a few myself sweatdrop ], but just getting in there and starting to talk to people is what players here do most. Story telling and plotting is just a nice little bonus. }}

I'm thinking of visiting every place with a big entrance and exit...so that next time I enter again, all I have to say is, "Has anyone seen my net?" ..or something like that.

I don't mind short entrances, I just think I need to get the long ones out of my system first.

Geezerville is the only RP going on right now rofl Every thread that's a part of Geezerville is a different location in Geezerville, but all part of the same roleplay.

Well, the way we roleplay around here is a bit different from other places to my understanding, but that's why I created this thread: so people new to roleplay in general or new to the way we do it around here can get more familiar with it.

I was wondering if that D&D RP is completely KOed? I mean it hasn't had updates in a year at least or something? One was looking forward to getting in on a campaign, so I was wondering if maybe there might be people still interested in it or an entirely different campaign? I do have experience as an ST for other systems, but this time I'd like to join as a player. ...and then after a few years maybe be a DM. XD heart
