So here's the fort now. I've added a rather sizeable garden, a small crafter's terrace, and a pretty large main hall/fountain (currently dry, right in the center)/gathering chamber. All that's left now is to irrigate the garden itself so it'll be suitable for growin' s**t, fill the library up with books, and make THE MASTER BEDROOM (which will be attached to that hole in the back of the main hall).
Here's the left side of my main hall. It is a very large window overlooking the sea and the general chaos that is spawn island.
The right side of my main hall IS THE ******** TRIFORCE HELL YES. Seeing as another window would've given a great view of a nasty, torn up mountainside and I'm a sucker for symmetry, I figured I'd put the gold blocks I had lying around to good use.
In much less awesome news, this is the garden. I was originally going to have all five trees grow at the same time, but seeing as one growing blocks out the sun needed for another, I pretty much had to manually construct three trees while trying to make the leaves look as convincing as possible out of the only two that grew. I think I did an okay job. Add water, reeds, and wheat and you'll have a good idea of what this will end up looking like.
Finally, here's the lobby and main entrance to the whole fort, which I have since dubbed Klempkington Heights. This was the first room I ever built on the server, and for the longest time (before the crafting terrace, so until like an hour ago) was cluttered up with two big chests, four forges, and a workshop. Before that it wasn't even stone all around, and what's now the window and walkway leading out was just empty space. I'VE COME SO FAR ON THIS SERVER.
