You do not change an anime from the way it originally was! It may confuse the insanely stupid, and or, Monday challenged! Changing a character from DBZ is like changing the holy flippin' bible! If Mr. Popo was meant to be black, then let him be black! He's not blue!! Popo was not meant to be blue. No! He is black so put him back to being black! What's next? Goku turns all orange and Vegeta starts following him around in a banana suit going, "Orange you glad I didn't say banana?! Hur hur hur!" No! No they will not!

Apparently it was because they thought if Mr Popo is black, people will find it racist.

I kinda find it racist that they would actually think that, Mr Popo is an EPIC character! Why would it be racist?
