I don't know about hentai mangas but I have found a site with lots of hentai anime and it depends on personal taste.
My favorite is 'Nightmare Campus' but not because it's sensual, but because it's funny as hell and it's one of those story-driven hentais. Is it bad? well yea. Does it have blood, guts, and gore? It's like devilman or demon lord dante. Is it entertaining? Hell ya. I had fun watching it.
