God yes. It's still funny and it still has one of the coolest gameplay mechanics ever. It's like Kirby, but in any other genre.
OH I FORGOT IT ON THE ORIGINAL LIST but Rocket: Robot on Wheels was the s**t. I remember back when it was called Sprocket, which is just a generally cooler name that some dumbfags decided to threaten them with copyright infringement about or something right before release. It's like they were on a campaign to make this game never heard of.

Jordan Mechner's The Last Express (First game to use rotoscoping..so with that, it's probably so old that most of you won't know what it is without searching it, and those that were old enough, eh...well, it wasn't as big a hit as his other game, Prince of Persia.)
System Shock 2 (Some might know this)
Fatal Frame (everyone talks about Silent Hill..I have only heard of a very small few that have heard of this game.)
Phantasy Star II (This will always remain as my most favorite RPG...although Final Fantasy VII and VIII come pretty close.)

Zelkiiro Threads of Fate. It was a darn good action RPG from Squaresoft that never got any attention. I never played it myself, but watched a friend play. I named an OC after Rue. Phantasy Star IV Shining Force I and II, also Shining in the Darkness Gunstar Heroes ... basically, anything from the Genesis. Nobody I know seems to have really played anything.

Zelkiiro Threads of Fate. It was a darn good action RPG from Squaresoft that never got any attention. I loved this game. I tried it out again recently and couldn't quite get into it, but I just don't think I was in the mood for it. Really unique game mechanics, for sure. @Mario: System Shock 2 got quite a bit of publicity after Bioshock came out, and Fatal Frame is always one of those cult classics, like Phantasy Star II. I've never heard of the first one though, but it sounds really neat. I looked up some shots and it's really gorgeous, too, and it makes me wanna go try it. @Addy: SFI and II, and Gunstar Heroes too I think, were re-released on the GBA, but I never gave them a shot. SHOULD I DO SO?

I really wish I still had the original CD-ROM set. I found it on torrents, and hopefully, when I do get enough "free" money, I will physically have the game off of eBay, since it pretty much is vaporware. I played it again for a little bit on my laptop on XP. I have pretty much forgotten everything on how to get through it when I first played in...uh..'98? Another adventure game that was somewhat like this (in storytelling, not in visual effects), but I still have a physical copy of, is Gabriel Knight III, it had an interesting storyline, but I liked TLE more, the art in the rotoscoping just made it beautiful to look at as well as the storyline. I don't know how well it will run if you have Vista or 7, but it ran alright on XP.
