Otogakure's gates are up, and the next thing to do is make our imprint on the world. With the upcoming attack being planned in secret by the higher up shinobi, it is only a matter of time before this world begins to churn with change.
However, the connection to the UHV has given Otogakure no Sato a bad name in Gimangakure no Sato (The Village of Lies). Run by gangsters; mafia or yakuza, the smaller gangs think that they can become the third superpower of Giman if they push Sound out of their way. The "Raijingu Chūmon", or, "The Rising Order", being the first to take a bite at Otogakure through black mail. The Otokage has retaliated this with a harsh hit, Genin go out to analyze the enemy and size them up, while the rest get ready for the fights.
But, all is not well in Otogakure, starting as a place who took in rogues of other nations, some old friends have met up to create little groups of, what could be called, rebels.
Throughout the villages you hear rumors about three shinobi in particular. One who wields a VERY large sword who goes by the nickname "Shas", another with signature blood red hair who is calling himself "Twin of the Kage" and finally a large chubby man who yells a lot, who ironically has been nicknamed "Fat Boy"
