it's a very pretty song yeah, but i think the way they sang it / played the melody didn't do the trick - i think the lyrics were more powerful than the overall music conveyed.

on the other hand, it differs from person to person.
Within Temptation's "Forgiven" makes me cry every single time.

It's a nice song but the only songs that've ever made me cry are "Cancer" by My Chemical Romance (I've lost a lot of family members from cancer, so it really hits me hard) and "My Immortal" by Evanescence. There is just something about those songs.

The music sounds pretty good, the lyrics were amazing, I didnt like the voices much though XP I wouldnt say this really hit me emotionally.

I find songs like "This is what Brothers are for" are pretty sad, with the music video.
