Turn the Unassigned Village/Country in to a place for Rogues to go to, unless you want them to be running around the Countries and killing everyone >.>

At this point the world is still too young to have rogues, as most rogues are spawned because of lust for power (no one has really done anything, so this is out) or war, which hasn't happened yet. A rogue system does need construction, but not at this time. It should probably be released with a few other systems when it comes out, as it should not be a stand-alone creation like some of the others that I have seen; in most of those cases, the lack of connectivity with other systems created a massive hole in the rules and allowed rogues to essentially do whatever they wanted.

Ergo, I'd like to give you, Aoe, and Punished an additional little kink to the work you've already been given.
Atop the puppets, I'd like for you to begin speaking of a currency system.

I don't necessarily plan on having the currency and puppet systems released at the same time, but I believe having a currency system outline would be very beneficial.

Idea:
For Tai and Bukijutsu users instead of learning Ninjutsu or something can they learn a second Buki or Taijutsu style like up to stage 2 until chunnin and so on

I suggest scraping the Hebigan...or possibly allowing me to fiddle with it.
