Hebigan History: • The Dokueki Clan are a long and forgotten Clan that developed a strange bond with a certain creature. The Snake. Long before Manda was the King of Snakes, this very Clan signed a blood oath. In exchange for a power to help them become known they must protect the Snakes and, because of this they could not learn any other summon or would face instantaneous Death. And so this Clan was given a Doujutsu, a demons eyes. Snake Eyes. Ever since this happened many of the Clan became slightly twisted in the mind due to the venom that now ran through their veins due to so many years of living with Snakes, they were sworn to protect said Snakes, but that doesn't mean the Snakes treated them with respect. In fact it was the opposite. The Snakes saw it as they granted them a gift and now said Clan was paying their debt to them for such a great power. And so this Clan became venomous in more ways than one. Their thoughts became poisoned, their actions caused much pain to those affected. This Clan truly become one with the Serpent.

Hebigan Following:
• Stage One Activation Process: For Stage one and the initial Doujutsu to be activated on must take place in a life or death fight or a very serious fight, where the Clan member must survive a heavy hit, such as a Jutsu of B Ranked+. [Can be unlocked at Genin Rank+]

• Stage Two Activation Process: For stage two to be activated the user must take part in another life or death battle. [Or serious battle]. But must have Stage one activated for at least 5 posts of said battle. [Can be unlocked at Chuunin Rank+]

• Stage Three Activation Process: For the final stage of this doujutsu to be unlocked the user must obviously have unlocked the previous two stages. But this one has a twist, the user must have the snake summon to achieve the final and most powerful stage of the doujutsu, no epic battle is required. [Can be unlocked at Jounin Rank+]

• RPC's can only have the Snake Summoning. Others will result in INSTANT death of RPC.
• Everyone with this Bloodline are twisted in the head, not like Orochimaru, think far more evil and nefarious.
• Only ONE stage can be active at one any given time.
• To change from stage to stage you must wait ONE post in between before you can swap stage.

Hebigan Jutsu:

Snake Clone - Hebi Bunshin no Jutsu

• By performing the snake hand sign, the user can create a perfect copy of themselves, just like any regular solid bunshin, except this one is created entirely out of snakes, and so when the clone is destroyed about a hundred odd snakes erupt from the shell and attack the target, most of which attack from underground some from the air due to the explosion and some plainly on the ground.

The Basilisks Venom

• By spitting onto an object be it a sword, kunai or senbon, well any item of that sort, and after applying chakra to their saliva, the user has now just poisoned said object, this poison is strong enough to paralyze the target at hand for roughly 3 minutes. [Three Posts]

Movement of the Snake

• By once again performing the Snake seal the user is able to then make their body as flexible and agile as a Snake, making dodging, and attack from unconventional angles a walk in the park. Of course some attacks can't be dodge. But this jutsu does allow the user to stretch their body parts at about 5 meters. [Stay active for the entire fight once activated]

The King Of The Mountains - Yagi Clan

Yagi Scriptures:
• Before the time of the rock village, before the time of ninja even, lived the Yagi Clan. They were a simple people, surviving in the mountains and cliffs of the rock country all on their own. The used the fur of the mountain goats as clothing, and their horns as the pointed tips of their spears for more hunting. It was because of this relationship between themselves and the Mountain Goats that the became known as the Yagi Clan (Mountain Goat People). It was through out these primitive years that the people simply began to adept to the mountain. They grew very muscular from the lean meats of the Mountain Goats and the constant climbing. They grew accustom to cold climate and constant harsh, powerful winds. They essentially really took it upon themselves to become Mountain Goat People. It was only upon the creation of ninja that they began to adapt once more, this time in order to keep up with the growing popularity of ninjutsu. By taking advantage of their climate they developed powerful mountain based techniques and were able to keep themselves safe from enemies and out of the midst of the great ninja wars taking place. Not until the creation of the earth village did they eventually join themselves with the rest of the population of earth country dwellers, and since have been a popular clan amongst the earth village. It was during the void wars, however, that they were thought to have dissappeared. It was no until recently that they have begun to re-appear amongst the earth village from where abuts that remain unknown.

Yagi Clan Jutsu:
Name: Yagi Horun no Jutsu (Goat Horn Technique)
•Rank - E
•A common jutsu amoung the youngsters of the Yagi Clan, it is used to create horns upon the top of a clansman's head. These horns are no longer the a foot in length, but are as sharp as kunai knives at their tips. This is a simple technique, just allowing the user to take a goat like appearence, somewhat, and also add a deadly weapon to their body for them to take use of in lose range and if they could not otherwise use their hands to attack. In other words, a well aimed head butt could make the difference between life and death.

Name: Tsuyoi Sakugo (Powerful Tackle)
•Rank - D
•Using their muscular build that the Yagi adapted from the Mountain Goats and years of living in the mountain sides; The Yagi Clan member will suddenly send a busrt of chakra through out their body before almost an instintaneous tackle of both great speed and power. In other words it is a taijutsu based technique involving great natural ability to produce a rather powerful technique capable of winding and harming even the most physically built opponents.

Name: Yagi Kayou no Jutsu (Goat Song Technique)

•Goats naturally have a very deep 'roar'. This 'roar' was then mimicked by this clan to then become a technique capable of using infersound: sound that travels through the air and the area itself (ground), to strike the opponents and scramble their brain to then scramble all senses for a single minute (1 Post).

Name: Doton Hiru Souken no Jutsu (Earth Hill Creation) •Rank - B
•Using their affinity for doton, the Yagi Clan Member can create an entire hill, almost a mountain really, for them to take use of. The hill/mountain is as large as a five story building and just as rugged as normal mountain terrain. Seeing as how the Yagi are at home when in a mountainous terrain the user of this jutsu is then put at a huge advantage due to their knowledge of mountain terrain, like for instance if a certain part of the mountain was unstable and such. They can also use their mountain based jutsu, too.

Name: Doton Suraido no Jutsu (Earth Slide Technique)
•Rank - B
•The technique utalizes the mountain terrain the Yagi Clan lived within, and was one of the major techniques the Clan used to defend themselves from attacks. By forming the correct handsigns they could cause an earth based landslide composed of mud, rocks, boulderes, or of earth in general. The effects can be devistated when keeping in mind the Yagi's natural knack for earth jutsu that increases their strength by an entire chakra rank.

Name: Yama Jishin no Jutsu (Mountain Quake)
•Rank - S
•This was considered the ultimate technique amoungst the Yagi, it was also considered dangerous to the user, too. You see, by taking use of the technique the user could literally create an earthquake that would move mountains it was so devistating. Fissures would crack through the earth and down the mountain, entire chunks of mountains would tumble downward causing landslides and devistation. It was said that the technique could literally drop mountains dozens of feet.

___History:
Quick, agile, & moneymaking is the merchant's social class, but one family has stood apart from the rest. With a long lineage & trustworthy qualities, the short Shounin no Gouzoku can make more money in a week than most will see in their entire lifetime. Those in the family are mostly non-blood related, but that certainly doesn't stop them from being one cohesive clan.

___Traits:
• Merchants are gifted at complex writings, & are thusly able to learn applicable Fuuinjutsu at genin rank.
• Jinton: Speed release, due to figurative 'centuries' of running around.
• Ryouri-nin Status: Cooks are merchants too, & so is the Gouzoku.

___Restrictions:
• Have to be short, due to merchant status, & thus only able to do Bukijutsu sub-katana/sword length and weight.
• Enhanced speed due to the Jinton effect means that most taijutsu will break their bodies from the forces involved. (i.e. no 'hard' styles)
• Cooking for one's self causes temporary weight gain, as one can't feed themselves their own chakra.

Ryouri-nin Status (passive)
Food consumed takes 1 post to digest, & another post for cool-down. Eating 2 posts in a row causes a food-related illness, due to the incompatibility between chakra foods.
Genin: Food contains +/- 5 chakra to those that consume it.
Chuunin: Food contains +/- 10 chakra to those that consume it.
Jounin: Food contains +/- 20 chakra to those that consume it.
Konin: Food contains +/- 40 chakra to those that consume it.

Jinton (Passive)
Genin, Attribute: Slightly increased movements.
Chuunin, Attribute: Mildly increased movements.
Jounin, Attributes: Moderately increased movements, slightly increased jutsu performance.
Konin, Attributes: Heavily increased movements, mildly increased jutsu performance.

Jinton: Shuriken no Jutsu

The Speed Release version of throwing objects, it doubles the velocity of objects thrown by hand. Chuunin are capable of thrice, Jounin quadruple, & Konin quintuple.

Jinton: Shunshin no Jutsu
Rank: D
The Speed Release version of Shunshin incorporates being able to turn once & only once during the duration of the jutsu. Chuunin are capable of two turns, Jounin three, & Konin four.

Jinton: Ecological no Jutsu
Rank: C
The Speed Release ninjutsu version of the Oinin's Fuuin technique physically slows down those within the 30 meter radius, even the caster, to that of an academy student. Mental capacities are not, however. Chuunin are capable of pre-academy student, Jounin normal kids, & Konin Toddlers.
Duration: 5 of the caster's posts.

Jinton: Takusan Hoshi no Jutsu (Speed Release: Many, Many Stars Technique)

The direct opposite technique of the Jinton: Shuriken no Jutsu, this slows down all airborne objects & entities by half. Chuunin are capable of one quarter, Jounin one eighth, & Konin one sixteenth.

Jinton: Awa no Gawa no Jutsu (Speed Release: River in the Sky Technique)

The direct opposite technique of the Jinton: Ecological no Jutsu, this physically speeds up those within a 30 meter radius, even the caster, to double their original speed. Mental capacities are not, however. Chuunin are capable of triple, Jounin quadruple, & Konin quintuple. Trees will snap & break, exploding up into the air, grass will become miniature knives, rivers will become torrential, human movement will become excruciating & tedious, etc...

Jinton: 'Jutsu zya nai' no Jutsu (Speed Release: 'No Techniques' Technique)

The pinnacle of Speed Release is to stop all chakra formation within a 30 meter radius, by causing a Mobius 'skin' of slow movement on those within the radius of the caster, including the caster. It affects only chakra molding & forming. Simple movements & the like are not affected in the least.
