it reminds me of this. i think it's amusing because i go past most, if not all the places he mentions and ride that tram to get to uni and it's all very true. it is hispter central.

Ah, so that's what Hipster means. I only ever hear that term online... associated it with musicians because of Questionable Content.

I laughed.
I think Hipsters are pretty much an international thing though.
The grocery store in Beebe, which is sort of a college town is basically a breeding ground for wispy mustaches, trucker hats, too tight jeans, & horn rim specs.
Also, I'm glad they made sure to specify that the Beegee's aren't dickheads.
The Beegee's are awesome.

Oh God, they're everywhere here.
There's this coffee shop on the street where my dad works with the best name ever (The Green Bean) and it's always chock full of them. You walk in for a bit of mediocre, over-priced coffee and they all turn as one to look down their noses at you. The level of douchebaggery is almost intimidating.

There's some good stuff on the related videos. This guy goes around talking to people at a festival pretending to be a hipster. I'm sure he picked what interviews to show but none of them seem to realise he's taking the piss and just make fools of themselves. One guy has a "Ghost rock" band xd
