I haven't made any yet. Weight loss is a contender. I reckon I'll start a diet right after today's New Years party with an awesome buffet of home made goodies. There WILL be chocolate.

I made mine months ago: Stop making myself bleed. Haven't followed through so far... But maybe things will be different this year.
My New Year's resolution breaks all of my old New Year's resolutions. I made a promise to myself and to my ex-fiancee that I would stop getting in contact with her. I told her that if she ever needed or wanted to talk to me that she was still more than welcome to contact me, but that I was going to let her go so that both she and I could live our lives and find our happiness separately. (She tried to call me not one hour afterward and I missed the call, but I have not called her back and I really don't plan to do so. If it is really that important for her to get into contact with me then she will call again.)

Wish Everyone great luck in your resolutions! You should make threads to help keep track of your progress in the guild! That would be pretty neatsmile
I have lots of resolutions myself, one of them being to spend more time in the guild. Do better in school this semester, and pick up tennis again.
I don't make any because I always forget them halfway through the year.

What are the specifics of your plan? I'm looking for something that will work for me.
I'm about to check out the Dr Oz 11 week diet as soon as the tv show is over. He says there are menus (including vegetarian -- YAY!), and exercise experts who will answer individual questions. Could be good. The web site is Dr Oz move it or lose it 11 week program

It's a difficult issue to overcome. I'm holding good thoughts for you. Are there any specific support gaia guilds or threads for that issue? I bet there are.
