As written by Max Brooks for his book "The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection From the Living Dead". (I find this book to be a very good read. It is very logical and mostly accurate in all of it's contents.)

1. Organize before the rise!

2. They feel no fear, why should you?

3. Use your head, cut off theirs.

4. Blades don't need reloading.

5. Ideal protection = tight clothes, short hair.

6. Get up the staircase, then destroy it.

7. Get out of the car, get onto the bike.

8. Keep moving, keep low, keep quiet, keep alert!

9. No place is safe, only safer.

10. The zombies may be gone, but the threat lives on.

Well, that's why it's good to prepare, because then you can test your weapons and see their durability, and you also have time to learn how to swiftly sharpen your blades.

Why Do We Need To Get Out Of The Car? O:

Say a zombie outbreak has occurred on Earth. Everyone is going to jump in their car. At some point in time, you're going to come to a point where you've reached a road that has hundreds of abandoned cars, and if you try going around, given the type of car, it might not take nicely. Plus, cars make a lot of noise and it attract zombies from miles around, so what if you have a break down? You'll need to skittaddle pretty quick, that's assuming your car breaks down while you're trying to flee.

I think the Zombie Survival Guide is one of the best zombie related books ever written.

I totally agree. It's hard to find good survival guides because everyone generally likes to fabricate things to make their book or documentary more interesting, but this book I find no fault with, other than the chapter when Brooks is describing how to go on the hunt for zombies, if you're so inclined, and he put one of the strategies as putting an animal in a cage as bait. =/ Not cool.

Some people may want to use swords
But then again, some of us really just don't have any swordsmanship skills
Since zombies don't really exist in this world. . .
We actually have no knowledge of them what so ever
So reading zombie survival guides might true or false
Who knows, maybe the virus will be airborne, and we'll all be zombies
To me zombies are basically people with a virus
