249 Maple Street (Checking intrest)

~Checking if there's any interest before I start the rp~

A long time ago I ran a rp with some friends called 249 Maple Street, never really got off the ground but everyone seemed to enjoy the idea of it and I kinda liked the story I created. I'm thinking of trying to do it again but first I wanna see if there's some people who would be willing to try it with me, so down below ,if you would be so kind, please answer these questions and put any suggestions you have smile

1)Are you interested in doing this rp?
2)Do you like the story?
3)Do you like the idea for it being a dorm or just an apartment?
4)Any suggestions?

Main idea: In the middle of a rather large city there's a section of streets that are known as the "cultural center" of the town. In these streets there's an aparment building located at 249 Maple Street, go figure, the apartments inside vary from small living spaces, to full hotel style suites. The building is owned by an old lady whose grandson (myself) helps run the building. Every so often something should happen to the building, break in, small fire, ect. which I'll let you all know a few days in advance somthing will be happening but not really what so its still a suprise. (so don't tick me off or I may set your place on fire biggrin )
Of course rp can be whatever we make it about but I think the main idea was more of a slight romance/neighborhood kind of feel

Apartment/Dorm?: I was also thinking if I could change this to a dorm building then the story could have more of a college/highschool twist, just kind of a random thought I had

Dorm is kind of cool, apartment just wouldn't be so fun. D;

Hmmm.. Maybe have it combined as both? Part of the 'apartments' being as dorms to various students, then having the regulars in the apartments.
