FluffySquirrelz HEY! The Campfire Song Song was GENIUS! xD OHHHH AND IMA HAVE PINK! I'm 18 & I have Spongebob songs on my mp3 player. blaugh
And, I don't blame you for not liking screamo(It's actually really horribly pt together despite listeners saying the guitar riffs are magical lol). BUT, I know of some progressive rock that you might like, some of it can be really moving and soft, and cheesy enough, it tells a story in ways how it moves from violin, piano and a full blown symphony to a well done composition of what you'd find in normal rock music(drums, guitar, bass, etc). But, here's a few starter song suggestions, and if you don't like any, feel free to tell me. But if you do, feel free to ask for more. Nightwish - Bye Bye Beautiful Nightwish - Dead To the World(Don't worry, despite the title it's a great song) Avantasia - Carry Me Over Avantasia - Anywhere Avantasia - The Tower Kamelot - Mirror Mirror Kamelot - Ghost Opera Dream Theater - The Answer Lies Within Two Steps From Hell - Heart Of Courage (It's instrumental but holy crap, ti's so epic sounding lol. It's make a great movie trailer song lol.)

Gorillaz—Feel Good Inc., Clint Eastwood, Superfast Jellyfish, DARE, Dirty Harry, Stylo... Basically anything from them is amazing beyond words.
Panic! At The Disco Said The Whale—Camilo (The Magician) Matt & Kim The Decemberists— O, Valencia, The Rake's Song
Lol, that's all I can think of right now.

Umm... Marianas Trench Muse Billy Talent (might cross the screamo threshold) Breaking Benjamin Coldplay Epica Florence + the Machine Imogen Heap Nine Inch Nails Queens of the Stone Age Rise Against Sarah Brightman Tarja Turunen Three Days Grace 30 Seconds to Mars (I kept missing the '3' key. XD)
That's a start. Good luck! n.n;;

Poets of the Fall Green Day (Only stuff from before the 'American Idiot' album) Blur Gorillaz The Beatles Vocaloid (I suggest Miku, Rin, Luka, Miki, and Gumi.) Papa Roach Lumen (Russian band if you want something totally different)
Anything by any of these bands/artists is good.
