i realized how much i missed her when we started talking again but i have a gf already and she thinks im cheating on her because im talking to my ex...help me

Wait a week or so, and see how you still feel. Maybe the fact that you can't have her makes you want her more, but I don't know.

Think about why you and your ex broke up. If you want to be with your ex you need to evaluate yur current situation.

If you don't you just need to reasure your new date that your not going back to the other person.

You should do what you think is most suiting, if you really love your ex-girlfriend you should probably realize this and tell your current girlfriend. If you love some one else it's not the best to be with another.

Go to the library and Check out a book called "It's called a Break Up cuz it's Broken" by the same author as "He's just not that into you". It's a life saver.

this may sound weird as it's kinda irrelevent, but your girlfriend seems to get jelous a little too easily
