Lucy walked in the Great Hall shyly, for once. She made an effort to look pretty, at least. She found her dress in a small store in Diagon Alley, and she pulled her blond hair into a ponytail. She stood by a corner of the room, hoping that no one would pay attention to her.

A house elf walked up to Lucy and handed her a card that said Table #6

Malcolm marched idly into the Great Hall, not sure of what will happen next. He looked around for Mariella, and hoped that he would sit with her as he caught sight of her at a table with strangers. He grunted in silence, waiting for an assigned table.

Xenos and Yuan walked into the hall together. Both were dressed nicely, Xenos had his hair lightly slicked back. They both waved to people they knew smiling and chatting lightly. This was going to be interesting. Xenos spotted Dante sitting at a table and smiled lightly to himself. He hadn't got a chance to speak with the Slytherin yet this year and frankly wished to do so. Oh well guess it was up to chance now.

Malady entered the room, with well hidden apprehension. She didn't understand what exactly was going on.

Valentines Day didn't ring any bells for her. Perhaps someone made it up.

Her eyebrows knit together. She stood there defiantly, awaiting her seating assignment.

Charon sighed when he came in. Why was he doing this again? Oh right he was bored. That and he was saving his christmas present for a special occasion. Adjusting his clothes lightly he looked around seeing several people he knew. Some he wished he didn't, but sadly he still recognised them.






Cyrus was a little shaky coming into this but he the others were here and he was going to be brave and do it. Taking a deep breath he tried to relax and wait till he found out where to go.

Sakato walked into the room, feeling excited and anxious at the same time. She was wearing a nice dress that she had packed just in case there was going to a be a dance at school. She took a long sigh, hoping that would help her came down and waited for the house to come and give her the table number. Her eyes darted around, studing the house-elfves that were passing around cards and at her fellow peers.

Angela walked into the Great Hall. She found the room feeling anxious. What's happening here? she asked, curious. Wearing a bow in her hair and a blue little dress. She adjusted her hair. Looking at the house elfs, she was amazed. Another girl just got seated at a table. She stood and waited.

For Valentine's Day, she figured, it was best not to get too dressed up. It was a blind date after all, she might get stuck with the most disrespectful little ne'er-do-well that ever crawled into Hogwarts' front gate. A few other First Years were there, along with a couple of teachers and others she didn't know. She walked forward, looking at the small elves. Would they be the ones to give her a number?
