Pretty simple to follow, a person will ask for example:
"Would you rather try to lick the bottom of your shoe or eat a grasshopper?"
Then pick one or the other and proceed with your "Would you rather...?" question.

Skinny and ugly. I'd rather be ugly than have a vast amount of health problems from being obese. o-o Beauty doesn't matter if you're dead. xD
